Shake Shack is a fast food overly priced burger. I've never had Shake Shack Burgers before this and it was very disappointing.... The burger was small, very greasy and the fries were alright. However, I would come back just for a shake because that was verydelicious. We ended up paying over $70 for four burgers and drinks! Read more

9/30/22-My first time trying this place and they messed up on my order. I was part of an office Door Dash order and hard ordered... the spicy fries with bacon. The fries showed up without the bacon. They did not leave a good first impression and if people atmy job order from them again I will get food elsewhere. The food was just average and would have gotten the 3 stars, but theylost a star due to messing up the order. Also way over priced. The fries and sandwich came to $20.24, which is high for bothquality and the fact that there was also no drink. Disappointing. Read more

10 out of 10 restaurant location, great view, great interior. 10 out 10 customer service! The food was the biggest issue. The 3... hamburgers and the fries was 40 dollars. The price wasn't the issue. The issue was. The food didn't have flavor. The sauce was aMcDonald's rip off with some kick to it. The drink was called Pumkin patch. It tasted like the pumkin dirt or pumkin vines. Read more

I was given a chicken sandwich with NO chicken on it. When I told a staff member, a manager came to the front and accused me of... doing something with the chicken? Implying I did something with it? I?ve never been more confused or embarrassed. I just wanteda chicken sandwich WITH chicken on it? absolutely insane. Don?t come here unless you want the staff to mess up your order andthen somehow blame YOU for it! Read more

Shake Shack is the supreme fast-casual burger restaurant, in my opinion. Not only is the food hella good but the company?s... backstory and insane growth is quite impressive as well. On this particular visit I indulged in a Double ShakeShack Burger(Angus beef cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun, $8.99) and Crinkle Fries ($3.29),skipping the namesake to save room for booze. I loved every bite. These burgers are beyond delicious. The burger is so moist andveggies fresh. The ShackSauce is pretty much their version of fry sauce which no one beyond the PNW ever has so it probably hassomething to do with why I love this place so much. You can?t skip out of the fries. Well, you can, but you?re doing yourself amean one. If you?ve never been to one of these restaurants this is your sign. I can?t miss it if I?m around one! Read more

My husband surprised me with a late night treat delivery last night and it was pretty tasty. He ordered a cheeseburger (seemed... like it wasn?t from a pre made patty, juicy), cheese fries (plenty of warm cheese food), salty, crinkled (I?d order them welldone next time, I prefer crispy fries), and ice cream shakes. He got me the salted toffee and he got a chocolate vanilla. Theice cream itself was yummy, but I?d give the salted toffee a miss next time as I didn?t feel like it added anything. I?d alsoskip the whipped topping because if I?m going to do it it needs to be whipped cream. This was our first Shake Shack experiencebut it definitely won?t be our last. Overall it was a really good fast food burger, fries, and shake experience. Read more

Really enjoyed the burger. The bun was so soft and subtly sweet. The shake was too sweet for me.

Giving this a 3 stars because the burger and fries were alright. I ordered a creamcicle float. I think they made the float right... away and it sat behind the counter while they made the food because the ice cream was real runny. So it was maybe like a 10minute wait. I just accepted that it would be a little melted and didn't want to say anything. In the car I took a sip andrealized it was like 99% soda and 1% melted ice cream. I tried mixing it but the ratio of how much soda was in the cup was waytoo much. Basically I paid $6 for a soda topped with ~maybe~ a scoop of ice cream. It didn't look very appetizing either, ithonestly looked really gross lol. When I got home (I live less than 5 minutes away) I had to split it into two cups becausehonestly the ratio was the worst part. It's a huge cup of soda. After splitting it into two cups I had to add my own vanilla icecream to it that I already had in my freezer to make it edible. What a bummer. Edit: Forgot to mention that I'm now havingreally bad diarrhea. Coincidence I'm not sure..just thought I'd put that out there Read more
