So good! And the owner is so friendly. First time so he let me try all the sauces. Good gluten-free and vegan options too!

A terrific find! The food was fresh and steaming. Naan bread made to order. Mango lassi was creamy and delicious. Plus, we were... offered a sample of each of the sauces. Why there's not a line out the door is beyond me, my girlfriend and I will be returningsoon! Read more

Visited this hidden gem yesterday and was very impressed by the food as well as the customer service. The employee who took my... order, Jerry, was very kind and eager to give me an amazing first experience. He made amazing recommendations while alsoallowing me to sample some of the more exotic dishes. It?s funny, I actually work in sales and was very impressed by thisgentleman?s ability to upsell. The food was amazing and quite affordable compared to other Indian restaurants that aren?t asclean or as trendy. Had an amazing experience at the restaurant! I actually liked it enough to come back the next day (today)and bring additional people with me. Try the korma! Read more

Stopped by Saucy Bombay this evening to try the food and was pleasantly surprised. For a fast, casual concept, the food was... tasty, and a fairly good value. The staff offered a sampling of the sauces, explained the various dish options, wraps, bowls orplates with a variety of proteins and offered suggestions. The dining room was tidy as well as the bathrooms. I will return inthe future, keep up the good work. Read more

Excellent, fast service and a well-executed modern spin on Indian cuisine. The order process is similar to Chipotle, Subway, or... other ?create your own meal? restaurants. Our server offered samples and explanations of each of the sauces. The korma wasespecially good, as were the lentils. Only the vindaloo sauce was particularly spicy to me. I would definitely recommend thegarlic and cilantro naan! It is made fresh as you order. The mango lassi was rich and refreshing. The consistency is similar toa melted milkshake. Read more

Wow! I wish I would have came here first! This place is soooo good! From the start, the owner was so friendly and upbeat. Asked... if it was my first time here and gave me a bunch of samples to try. Ended up getting a bowl with basmatti rice, paneercauliflower, and a mix of kadai and korma(really love the Korma especially!) I also got the homemade garlic Naan, BY FAR THEBEST NAAN IVE EVER HAD! The owner let me watch him prepare it and it was awesome! Don't walk, run to this place! I'll be cominghere from now on when I'm craving Indian food. Thank you so much!! Read more
