All was good. My French fries were soggy but that all. No tables were setup inside so we had to eat outside and the tables out... there are in REALLY bad shape. Other then that all was good. Read more
It's very ironic that their motto is "faithfully authentic", when the food here has absolutely no resemblance to Mexican food.... Bland meat, oversize store bought tortillas, tomato sauce salsa (perhaps more fitting on top of a pizza?), very strange othersauces. My Tostitos salsa last night tasted better than this. We ordered two things and they did not give us half the order, andthe restaurant was completely empty. I am honestly not sure how this place gets as many stars as it does. Don't come here if youare looking for genuine Mexican food, you'll get better food at the dive bar. Read more
We used to live in Golden and the Santiago?s there is excellent. This one is so weeeaaaakkk in comparison! We?ve gotten... breakfast burritos six times since moving back downtown and 5/6 they?ve been average at best, gross at worst. Just got two thismorning, asked for extra green chile inside and I got a 100% meatless breakfast burrito with hardly any chile that was madeentirely of cheese at one end. Do better ???? Read more
Put in an order for 77 burritos. Go to pick them up they lost the order. Requested a refund they were unable to do that to our... credit card. ?? So had to schedule another order. The burritos are all potato and egg there's no meat in them whatsoever. Thegirl gave me two huge cups of sauce with no box or anything to support them and one tipped over in my car. They won?t let you eat in the dinning room. We had to eat in our truck. They refused to give out salsa unless we paid extra.... However, they never gave us any with our burrito. Food was good, but unless you wanna eat in your car and not get any salsa thanI?d hit up another Santiago?s. Read more
Note to staff: LOVE your food but please fix your to-go pickup system. Every time I call in an order I get told 15 minutes. I... wait 30 minutes and head over, only to stand around for another 20, and then get in line to ask what's up, and THEN the ordergets put in and I finally have it 20 minutes after that. Worth the hassle but it's been like this 3 times in a row. Keep upthe great cookin' and love you guys! Read more
