Young woman that took my request was extremely affable and exceptionally funny. Indeed, even while doing bar back errands, was a... joy. While sitting tight for request, looked out for veranda to stroll back to inn; ought to have done there, the deck I hadtotally to myself. The rib eye was great, the penne noodle Macintosh a cheddar was perfect, and the pineapple topsy turvy cakein the current style was awesome as well. Happy I strolled over, as online menu didn't show a portion of the sides andpastries. Would readily feast there once more. Read more

We should have gone somewhere else when we noticed a bus boy choking on a joint in the front! I know it?s Denver but really????... The restaurant was trashed! Only had water or tea to drink! Then our food came out and my chicken sandwich was raw in themiddle!!!! GROSS!!!!!! ****UPDATE***** Got a phone call from the district manager? Was very apologetic and said he knew who themanager was, said that issues will be addressed. Asked to give them a try again, but really you think I'm going to go back andspend money there again? Not even an offer of a gift card to give them another chance, all he could say is how mad HEwas....smh..... Read more

The staff here deserves all the stars in the world. They were extremely under staffed while also trying to train the new staff.... While you could see they were overwhelmed, they never let that affect the customers in front of them. They were slammed withincoming customers, but were honest with each one and set the right expectation on wait times as they came in. Edwin and Wesleyhad top notch customer service and handled everything with grace, humor and personality. All the kudos! I have not eaten atRuby Tuesday in probably more than a decade but we were in town for a conference and it sounded like a good option. Beingvegetarian, I was happy to see how many options there were from the plant-based Awesome burger to the sides and the ever famoussalad bar. I opted into the salad bar and also a Mango Margarita. Salad Bar was good (though I would recommend a spoon for theeggs vs the tongs for easier scooping and way less mess.) I loved how fresh everything was and that I could make it my own. Ishould have skipped the Mango Margarita because the syrup/puree used is way too sweet. A regular one probably would've beenbetter. My party also got the Mozzarella sticks and a regular burger with fries. None of us were disappointed in thefood. Great atmosphere, kid-friendly, and great spot for a family dinner or quick meal if you're in town for an event. Read more

Our experience went from bad to worse. Starting out the manager refused to accommodate our party of 8. He said there was no way... to seat us together and we could leave or sit at separate tables. The waitress was overwhelmed and took 20 minutes to greet us.The light bulb was missing above our table. Drinks were not refilled. Food was delivered cold, undercooked and overcooked. Mydaughter ordered her steak medium well and it was rare in most spots and full of fat. My son's ribs were very dry and smotheredin barbecue sauce. My broccoli was raw, not steam. My husband had a cold bacon cheeseburger, barely even ate any of it. Mygluten free daughter had a reaction from her steak, baked potato and corn. Something that should have been fine. Will never goto this location again, may never go to Ruby Tuesdays again since this was our first experience with this chain. Read more

I love the salad bar, but it's so far to drive. I realized for less money I could have gone to a good place near my house. I had... the crispy chicken sandwich and it was ok, but next time I don't want any of the sauce they put on the bun. I miss having a goodsalad bar, but I don't think I will go back unless I have some business up there. 12 miles is too far and gasoline is soexpensive. Read more

Went there on Thanksgiving around 7:30, they closed at 9. I'm sure staffing for the holidays was an issue that night because I... had a mixed experience. Stood at the host booth for about 5 minutes while staff avoided making eye contact or letting me knowthey'd be with me soon. After we were seated our server? or drink taker? Not really sure because we ordered drinks and foodright away but he never came back to check on us...no one actually came to check on us so I'm not even sure who our server was.Anyway, the guy that took our drink and food order was really friendly and upbeat, nice guy. I ordered a the Trio meal (ribs, shrimp, and chicken tenders) and was told there weren't any tenders left but that he can take a few dollars off my meal. I askedif he could just put more shrimp in place of the tenders. My wife's steak came out excellent but I don't think I got the shrimpin place of the tenders but the worst part is that my ribs came out cold to the touch. Since No one came to check on us, Icouldn't make the issue known to be remedied so we finished our meal and left. I still tipped 22% because it was a holiday and Iappreciate their being open and working but it definitely was not a typical or good dining experience. Read more

Hard review. My wife's shrimp came out raw, but the manager did a very good job handling the situation. I was not interested... in her comping my meal, but rather fixing issue so it didn't happen to anyone else. Turns out the cooler was too cold and itwas freezing the shrimp. Other than that, the server was wonderful with a great personality. Very attentive. The place wasvery clean and everything else was perfect. Read more
