Don?t patronize this horrible establishment. Horrible and unresponsive manager. Disgusting and questionable food with high end... prices. I don?t see why people take their loved ones here. Went to a conference in Denver and got a chance to stay at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. The Root25 was a great respite... after each last session. Beer was reasonable. The pork green chile tots are a fantastic snack. Read more

Food was tasty and good proportions. Super friendly waitstaff. Affordable prices compared to other restaurants in the downtown... area. Only down side was that the service was slow. I enjoyed the food and atmosphere while being close to my hotel room. ???? Read more

Nice place located inside the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. Ordered the double smash burger and kids cheeseburgers for the... kids. Lots of food for the price. Kids meals were $8 and a great value for what they received. Great service. Food came quickly.Good selection of beer and wines. The burgers were outstanding and we highly recommend ordering them! Terrible service!!! Called and made reservations and had to ask to be seated as the host walked past several times ignoring us.... The waiter came to our table 2x within 3 hours of us being there. Once to take our order and the other to time to give us ourfood and refilled our glasses once. It took forever for our food to come out (2hours). The one star is for the food quality. I ate here w my daughter last weekend and they have a new chef and new menu. It was amazing. I had the chicken tinga tacos w a... side of the best brussel sprouts I?ve ever had. An utter failure by management to provide their staff with adequate training and numbers. The servers were few and overwhelmed,... the food was the worst ive ever experienced at a Hyatt (which I generally enjoy) and the layout of the space is such that theservice entrance is directly in the path of the buffet so when kitchen staff come to deliver more food they have to part all theguests like the red effing sea. Not sure if this is due to covid but the menu is severely outdated as the only thing they haveavailable at this time is the buffet. One star. Will not return. Read more

Service started out pretty good, but the food is incredibly slow. It took me 45 minutes to get a grilled chicken sandwich. My... waitress apparently went on a long break sometime in the middle so I had no idea what was going on and no one to ask. I was 5min from walking out when it finally arrived.
