The two people working were bickering the entire time I was there. The grits definitely tasted like they were reheated and... greasy, as did the sandwich I ordered the McCoy. Small neighborhood BBQ restaurant with biggggg flavors. So when we walked in the young lady at the register had absolutely no... Idea whats going on and I thought god this is going to be a disaster. They were also out of venison and lamb at noon on Sundaywhich was another hit for us since thats was the reasonto we wanted to try this restaurant. Anyway, It took almost 40 minutesfor our food the get ready which was weird because bbq is always ready to go and takes only few minutes to serve and the delaymade me more nervous. So the food arrived and the 2 McCoy sandwiches were 2 different sizes, 1 huge and full of meat and theother small and had les than half of the meat( check out my pictures) But after we started eating wowwww everything changed andwe were so happy, what an amazing food wowwww . We ordered 2 McCoy sandwiches and absolutely loved it. We also ordered a 3 meatplate and everything tasted amazing. We will definitely go back for more very soon. Delicious BBQ I should have gone to a long time ago. While waiting for a friend I could smell the bbq outside and knew Roaming... Buffalo would be great. As I like to try multiple meats I decided on the Real McCoy sandwich, which has almost a pound of meaton it The brisket burnt ends have smoked flavor and very crispy edges. The sausage is tasty with some spice to it with thegreen Chile and cheddar. The Gouda complements the meat and the pickled jalapeños give it a bit of kick. Roaming Buffalooffers a traditional bbq, spicy and a very spicy bbq sauce. I tried the regular and spicy. Perhaps I may try it next time. Thecollard greens was the side I chose and they were cooked well. I had a boylans ginger ale for my drink and it was a veryfilling meal. Can't wait to go back to try more of this delicious bbq. They have very unique options like bison and lamb, than other regular BBQ restaurants. I had pork sparerib, bison back rib,... pulled lamb (shoulder) and brisket (flat/lean). The pork rib was well seasoned and cooked, very tender and delicious. Pulledlamb was not gamy at all and tasted good. Bison back rib was a bit tough because of lesser fat content, but it had a veryunique flavor that I like. I'd recommend if you never tried before. Brisket was a bit dry to be honest. Perhaps point meat(fatty cuts) would be nicer. Overall, it's a good BBQ location. Read more

Been going here since they opened... stopped by this past week and was actually disappointed. Was on hold for 9 min. Then hung... up on. I get there and they don't have an crumbs for the top of the mac and cheese. The meat quality wasn't up to normalpar... I own multiple of there shirts, even one with the original logo.
