If you pre order something online and Restaurant Depot sets a pickup time for the order. Why don?t the employees get the order... ready for the customer? ??????? waited a long time for them to scramble to get my order. They also had my order packed behind alot of products that were not for stuff that?s been pre ordered. Complete mismanagement. Been here a lot. It's always busy. Most of the time they are well stocked. Never went here and couldn't find what I was looking... for or at least suitable substitute. Granted no matter what check out takes forever. But that's depot for you. Good prices andquality product. Read more

I met an awful employee at restaurant depot 1740 W 13th Ave, Denver, CO 80204 i was loading heavy prep table, meanwhile i saw... some employees just standing at exit no one help me. Continuously, one of them ( looks like African American ) he came with ameat cart, and ask me to give the way forcibly and pushed in the curt in to my way. It was almost happed injury on me. Bad reviews are true. 10 pallets dry load took 5 hours to unload. Extra star for plenty of room to maneuver and easy docking. I... assume there is overnight parking on the street, saw couple trucks there. Almost ran out of hours myself. Read more

Honestly, probably one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had?.EVER walked in and not only do they not have any smaller carts... for regular order, which I know this is a wholesale place, but those bulky ones are hard to maneuver. I have having issuesfinding my product so I would ask the associates working the stock. I was either responded with an I don?t know, am a 3rd partyemployee, or guided to the opposite site of where I needed to go, so I just strolled until I found everything I needed. The sadpart is that I seriously asked 5 people and no one knew were anything was, the only highlight was the cashier he was kind enoughto wait for me when I left my wallet.
