Worst Quiznos I have ever been to in my life. 1.) the employees were the rudest at Quiznos I have ever seen, when I asked what... bread they had, they said look at the wall. I told them I can?t see very well even with my glasses on and they rudely and withan attitude, shouted the bread types at me as if I was deaf too! 2.) the employees rushed me to order my food and rushed me topay and leave before getting the sides and drink of my children?s kid meals 3.) the supervisor didn?t even give me a lid orstraw for my kids drinks for they?re kids meals. 4.) the supervisor harassed me that my signature on the credit card wasn?t areal signature and asked me to sign again even though both hands were full with bags of food. 5.) the food was poorly made andwasn?t full cooked or toasted I?m never ever coming back to this location and these people should not be running this store andhave no business handling food! Ayo this spot is total garbage. Order was completely wrong, hair in the food, they don?t understand you because they hardly... speak English so obviously customer service was terrible. Stay clear of this location. Read more
Worst sub ever, didn't toast my sandwich and charged me 12 dollars for a 4" sandwich and a small soup.
My wife and I visited this location twice in the past week. The staff was friendly and cleanly, the restaurant & Facilities also... clean. First visit, I got the French Dip & my wife got the veggie sub. Neither of us were impressed, subs tasted bland andflavorless. On our second visit, I got the turkey bacon ranch and she got the classic Italian. Both were very good, and made ushappy to have given this place a second chance. Read more
Love Quiznos but this was the worst experience. Tried to pay for my food using the wireless chip on my card, the terminal... requires you to place the card on the screen, unknowingly I pressed a button to tip (this was to-go, but I didn't want to tip)while lifting my card off the terminal. I told the owner that the total I was charged was not correct. He held my sandwichesbehind the counter and told me there is nothing he can do. After a brief back and forth I figured that the owner does not wantto return any of my money so I told him I will call the credit card company to refund the difference. He got upset, startedyelling and telling me to give him my ID, which I refused as he was unwilling to tell me why he needs my ID if he is refusing togive me a refund anyway. Then he asked for my info and signature on the receipt, while still refusing to give me a refund. Iknow he was going to fight my dispute with the credit card company if I had signed anything. At this point he was still holdingmy sandwiches "hostage" while demanding my personal info and signature to be put on the receipt. After a while, I got mysandwiches, he failed to give me a receipt, I left and first thing i did was filed a dispute with my credit card company. Went to this location and got the ultimate turkey.. opened up my sandwich and there is literally one slice of turkey on the... sandwich, but loads of lettuce and toppings. Nothing ultimate about this sandwich. Read more
Aside from the fresh products they serve, the Franchise Owner is a very nice person and I'm glad we have his store nearby. Great... portions and a very clean restaurant, including the bathroom. Kinda hidden behind Taco Bell, but worth the hunt. It would benice if Quiznos, at their expense,, not the Franchise Owner, would ad lighting to brighten up this store.
