Don?t go late. I arrived at 930 (they close at 11) and waited without acknowledgement while three staff (including the... supervisor) scrambled around to get things put away. Once I was served (please note that the young gentleman who served me wasextremely polite and professional) they were out of several items on the bar, and what they had was dried out. The cilantro limerice was crunchy and too sour to eat, the fajita vegetables were uncooked, and the lettuce was wilted. 10 years in service, Iunderstand wanting to get as much side work and breakdown done as you can, but it should never affect the bottom line. If youcan?t serve at 100% until 11 then change the hours. Amended: My partner and I used to frequent this location and its only beenin the last few months that things have gone down hill. Read more
This review has nothing to do about the food. However, the staff/manager are parking campers and living on a commercial lot.... Moreover, there are several people living there, camping there, cooking there, partying there, smoking-out there, etc. While Icannot document nefarious activities, it does not look good. Was given excellent service. They were having g a busy day and our order wasn't up to par. They apologized immediately and... replaced our meal and gave us an additional free meal for the future! Read more
So every night I pull up to this location it?s closed by 930. I mean I see once in awhile, but every night?? Give me a break... already smh. I love eating at qudoba, so it?s sad I have to write this ugly review about one of my favorite restaurants. Read more
I would avoid this QDoba location. Management needs to do better. I visited on 9/10 and one of the two workers was extremely... sick. He was around the food and the kitchen and coughing a lot. It looked like he was going to fall over because he was sosick. He clearly needed to be home from work for his own health but he also put customers at risk by coughing continuouslyaround the food without wearing a mask or even covering his mouth. While I do think that employee should have more common sensethan to cough around food while being so sick, I imagine he couldn't take the day off without pay, which is amanagement/ownership issue that QDoba needs to address. The other worker (I think his name was Chris) was nice and I think hewas doing his best -- he's the only reason I gave 2 stars. I hope the employees find a better job that treats them better. Iwas very concerned about eating the food, but I still did. To make it worse, the food was not good. The beans were undercooked(they were hard) and everything was terribly bland. My wife?s is in the hospital across the street with leukemia. And this qdoba, specifically Chris, the guy working tonight... 9/10/22 is the most awesome, sympathetic, and all around amazingly down to earth person. And with amazing Human Resourcingtalked with me. And not just ?hi how?s it going??. But took the time to hear my story. Actually talk and listen to me?.. longstory short. He is an amazing guy, and if cooperate is listening, this guy not only deserves a raise, but great recognition aswell. Great staff!!!! I?ve spent hundreds of dollars, and hours upon hours with therapy and?.well bartenders, but Chris actuallyis one of the few people who cared, listened, and helped me out in a time of need. Hadn't looked online at the hours, but see that the lights are on and open signs on also around 11:30 every night when I get to... my hotel after work. So tonight I decided what the heck ill stop in and grab myself a late dinner instead of cook. So I pull inand get to the counter before they tell me they closed at 11. Why keep all the outside lights and open sign. On half an hourpast closing every night. Makes it seem like the place would be open. Read more
Sucks standing at the cash register for 7 minutes for a drink just to be completely blown off because they have online orders... and other customers. It serious felt intentional, I already didn?t like the inconsistency?s in flavor and quality but this willinsure I never go to another Qdoba, I?d rather starve! Read more
