They were closed and cleaning before their posted closing hours. I placed an online order and payed. Why should it be my... responsibility to find support to get a refund edit: The transaction was completed and they charged me. It's funny that QDOBAresponded with exactly what I mentioned. They put the responsibility on me for dealing with the transaction. It was easier tofile a credit dispute than to sit on the phone for 30 minutes with their customer service. Read more
(Update: I was refunded. Was one star) I payed for food and wasn't able to get it. I ordered food for pick up on a Friday night.... This location was listed as being open til 11 on here and on the door. When I arrived at 10:30 they had closed... No help fromcustomer service yet. This really has made me look elsewhere for food, even when it sounds good. I listed contact info and heardnothing. Genuinely, this is at least poor service and could be scammy. Read more
Should never just have one person on the line and 3 employees just sitting down talking including the manager on a shift .then... when they feel like getting to the line they feel the need to make online orders first with no one to pick the order up . Took15 minutes for a order and no one?s in line and you got 3-4 employees inside . Read more
I love Qdoba but this shop needs to pay better attention to their carry out order. Why would I order nachos with only meat and... queso? I have a bunch of topping to this order and paid a good amount for it for it being from Uber eats and y'all royallyforked it up. Not very happy that I can't have anything done to fix this problem. Workers are extremely friendly and helpful. BUT THE AIR CONDITIONING WENT OUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND IT IS EXTREMELY HOT, THESE... WORKERS DO NOT DESERVE THESE CONDITIONS. The solution they have been given is a portable air conditioner that doesn't doanything. The temperature in the building was 85 degrees! Do better for the employees! Read more
Good place for a quick bite not far off the 16th Street Mall. The place was a bit unkempt for a Saturday afternoon. And... surprisingly very quiet. But the food was good and the woman working the food line was great. Not the best Qdoba in town (stacksof burrito metal bowls on the trash cans and ones on the ground on the patio, and the bathroom could use better upkeep) but I'dcome back if I was in the neighborhood and I was hungry. Came here for lunch and it was CLOSED, when it says they're open!!! Had to rearrange my whole lunch plans which it was upsetting... because I didn't have much more time. Called the store and they said there was no one available to work. Why is this place stillin business then?? Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time coming here. Read more
