Grab weekly breakfast with friends round denver and Prosper Eats was next on our list. Staff was a little cold, burritos were... very hot and quite tasty. Delicious! So good that I didn't even get a chance to take a picture. What an amazing find! We had a Chicken Panini and goat... cheese walnut salad along with a coffee cake, acai bowl, and 2 coffees. We had the lavendilla and the salted deep iced lattes. It was just ok. I did appreciate the outside seating.
Açaí bowl tasted good, but there was ZERO effort at presentation; it just had a huge dollop of peanut butter on top. When my... partner’s order was ready, they yelled out that it was at the counter from three steps away. You couldn’t seriously bring itover? In addition, I ordered an iced drip coffee that was definitely hot coffee with ice in it; I could tell because it waswarm. I hadn't been here in a few years and decided to try it out again. The service was great! The food was good until I noticed some... of the contents of my burrito were burnt. Unfortunately, I was a bit turned off after seeing the table I sat down at was a bitdirty. Then a few minutes later I saw a literal cockroach flying around that eventually landed on the ground.
