I love sandwiches and this is the place! They have a limited menu but I think that is perfect! Do what you do well! Milkshakes... are great! Don?t do it! Every time I order something from this place, they mess it up. Today I ordered a Bowl of Loaded Baked Potato. I... received a giant bowl of Chili. Not even the same color. They put the food receipt on the top and it clearly says loaded bakedpotato. How do you constantly mess up? Does anybody that works there pay any attention? Don?t waste your time. Go somewhereelse. Order an avocado turkey sandwich off the menu to go and they didn?t add the avocado. It was a very simple order off their own... menu and they managed to mess it up. I won?t be going back. Over priced Read more
Decent subs but nothing that special. This place has gotten uber expensive. Small subs run $9 after tax. Larger ones near $14.... There's just better sub shops (local, Jersey Mike's) over paying a premium like that. Read more
They put an ungodly amount of hot peppers on my sandwich. Not sure that the people making my sandwich have ever eaten a... sandwich, but it doesn?t need 30 hot peppers. Also, dude yells at me asking for my order to make the sandwich, then it comes outof the oven and again they ask for my order for toppings, then they hand me the sandwich for me to walk two feet and yet againI?m asked what my order is so they can ring it up. Pretty good potbelly's overall. Would recommend trying if you havent already. Very convenient location for lunch for those in... the DTC. Competitive prices for everything else around. The building is also brand new and they are well staffed so food is madequickly and efficiently and they keep the place very clean. Workers would even come around to check in on how you're doing whichis a big plus for customer service. Good food too, I got the wreck sandwich with an oreo shake and overall I would say it wasdecent. I've been to other potbelly's before and didnt know they had soups and salads. My office catered some of those and wewere impressed and hope that we can cater sandwiches in the future. Huge lunch rush during the work week though, surprisinglythe people there are able to keep up with everything with smiling faces, so I'm very impressed with the staff! Read more
