Came to get a quick snack, wouldn't let my 5YO use the restroom.
The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. This will be a regular stop for lunch for me.

Waited 45 min for a pickup order. The worst part was seeing many orders that were scheduled for pick up AFTER mine get their... food before me. Could have waited in line 4 times over and still received my food faster than ordering/paying ahead. What awaste of my lunch hour. Read more
Everything is good staff is nice all great but like the Mac and cheese is the worst thing. Pls don?t order it. It looks so... delicious on website but the photo is a lie it is actually horrible. I?m just trying to be nice and worn ppl about it. Read more

Went here for lunch. The staff moved through the line with great ease. Very professional employees. My sandwich was made to... perfection. I got Turkey on white. All ingredients were fresh. Love that they toast your sandwich. I also got the sugar cookie.It was AMAZING! So glad to be near a Potbelly again. Will be coming back soon! Read more
