So I sit in the restaurant for 20 mins trying to redeem an offer on the app for online ordering, it won't work. I show the... manager, she won't help or redeem the offer. Just no. Then, we get a teeny little fry and a cold chicken sandwich. This is theworst Popeyes ever, just sayin. Read more

I've tried Popeyes at several locations in Denver. I'm from New Orleans some expectations a little bit high. But it seems that... Popeye's here in Denver is not well-managed. The chicken you find at the gas station is better. People don't seem to care whatthey make here at these Popeyes in Denver. They don't seem to care how long it systems of the lamp either. What I got was oldand crusty and dried out. And the biscuits wow not very good at all. Jambalaya was awful or dirty rice or whatever it's supposedto be it was it was awful. I recommend something else funny thing is churches is owned by Popeyes too but they make betterChicken in Denver. I recommend gas station fried Chicken it's really good around here. Read more
Normally it's a okay place for a Popeyes but this time they tried to upcharge me for a Tuesday special and I didn't order... anything extra. The employee said it was because I ordered white meat chicken which I have done for years and never had anupcharge for a normal Tuesday special . Be careful this location is scaming customers. I went to buy a 9 piece meal and when I got home I saw that the chicken wasn't fully cooked. There was blood still showing... inside. I called the manager and spoke with Anthony and asked if he could make a new batch for me which he did. I got the neworder and it wasn't fully cooked as well so I called and asked for his cell phone number to send him the pics which he agreedto. After seeing the pics he apologized for the error but said that they were closing soon and wasn't anything he could do atthe time and told me to come the next day for a refund and a new order. I was livid because I now didn't have dinner and was outof my 20 dollars. I called the next day and asked for the manager and told her, Tonida, what happened and she said she replacedthe chicken, with not so fresh chicken, but did not honor the refund. I have the calls recorded and can send pics i took withthe receipt next to it for a time stamp and I have the text from the manager who agreed on how it would be remedied. I am verydisappointed in how this was handled and still have not received my refund. I have not reached out to the BBB yet in hopes thatthis can be remedied in-house 1st as I'd like to remain a customer. Please assist if possible and most importantly make sure thechicken is properly cooked. My order number was 78 for reference. See pics below. Read more
I definitely like Popeyes chicken. So far, it has been really good eating, the macaroni & cheese was delicious. I didn't care... for the Cajun fries. There was a line, and it was slow going. I did an online order and had to wait in line and told them myname. They needed the order number even though my name was on the receipt. Read more
