Just pulled up to the drive thru. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich meal and the guy taking our order was so rude. After... ordering the meal my husband then ordered a chicken sandwich, then proceeded to tell the guy at the drive thru that it was justthe sandwich and not the meal. The guy said ?you should have told me that before? and was just rude as hell. We got to thewindow and he didn?t even greet us. He walked over to the window and said ?did you want fries with the first meal or what?? Andwe said yes then he walked away without saying anything. Didn?t even tell us the total or take our payment. He was definitelystrange. We ended up leaving and just not getting food from there. It was a white dude with an accent if that helps the managersidentify him. Read more

Ordered a tender meal and was told the wait on tenders would be 3 minutes. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for tenders. Got home... and fries were stale and biscuits missing. Night manager was slurring her words and talking so slow she seemed drunk. Reallyannoyed to have waited all that time for a bad meal. Popeyes needs to get it together Read more

This is a horrible location to purchase from, if there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars I would. The drive thru is a horrifying... experience. First the Electronic Menu sign is down! ( Why do you keep the drive through open? Everyone doesn't have theapp) Second service at this location (if you get any) comes with attitud e. Don't wait for any food. Every experience I?ve had here has been poor. There?s an older woman who works her who is ridiculously rude from the moment you... place the order. She never gets the drinks correct because she can?t work the machine. Today she couldn?t make the Coke work, soshe said they were out of Coke and asked if I wanted a Diet Coke. I said that was fine only for her to say ?oh we?re out of DietCoke to do you want something else,? I settled for lemonade, but in the time I was waiting to get my food I saw someone comefrom the front counter to the Coke machine and pour a large Coke for somebody. #annoying The drinks never taste right and myorder is wrong 100% of the time. Today I got a regular chicken sandwich instead of the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered. Theyforgot the dipping sauce for my other combo, which she was rude about when I ordered. Also, expect a huge wait to order yourmeal. Today, I realized what they do. Once they finally take your order at the window and you pull up to collect your food thesame person taking the orders has go back and prep the entire meal and she will not take another order until she hands theperson at the window their food. Maybe they are shortstaffed? Whatever the reason it?s a really inefficient system and there?sreally no reason for the rudeness. I will not be returning to this location. Something really needs to be done about the manager, specifically the night manager. She was incredibly rude and didn't know... what the specials were. I kept telling her the chicken sandwich and lemonade were on sale and she insisted it wasn't. I had togo outside and point at the poster in order to get her to believe me. There was nothing personable about her. Thankfully, thechicken sandwich was spectacular and so was the lemonade. The customer service? Again, I don't know who that night manager is atthis location but she needs to go. They're definitely seems to be an issue with the Colorado Popeyes. They seem to be verylackadaisical. Another store I ordered from last year gave me old chicken and not a complete order and then refused to correctit. It took this long just to go back to a Popeyes. Judging from the reviews specifically the recent reviews this location isn'tlooking good. Hopefully the other locations are more professional. Read more

Went here last night with my boyfriend to be stuck in line for 35 minutes just to get food that wasn't cooked. Good. They messed... up and forgot a whole order of my shrimp and the shrimp that we had was cooked in old grease. The fries were disgusting. Theonly thing they did right were make the drinks right. There was two people working which is very unprofessional. You guys needto have more than two people working and people that know how to actually cook I'm definitely coming back to get my money back.I was there at 7. :00 didn't get my food till 7:35. By the time we got home it was already too late to turn around absolutelydisgusting. You should be ashamed of this store it's horrible close it. Read more

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have had a couple really bad experiences with this location. It's near my work, so I... decided to give them one last chance yesterday, and I was let down once again. I walked in, was not greeted, and stood at thefront counter for several minutes before leaving. Not once did any of the employees acknowledge my presence. My previousexperience was horrible too. Instead of being helped, the manager was on her phone, and then excused herself to go continue theconversation in the bathroom. Once back, she was rude and snappy to her employees, and seemed almost happy to tell some poorcustomer in the drive-thru that it would be about 17 minutes before their order would be ready. Decided to leave and get foodelsewhere. Absolutely never going back. The place is managed by someone who doesn't seem to care at all, and it shows. What adisappointment. Read more
