I went thru the drive thru on 11/25 at 6:30. I was waiting to order and no one came for ten mins so I thought it wasn?t w, and... he will not take my order. plus it was lit up either. I went to talk to the young man at the window and I said I couldn?t hearand I waited so can I place my order here. I live in Green Valley ranch where this Popeyes is located but I usually drive to montebello to that Popeyes because this is the... worst Popeyes I've ever encountered. The staff is unprofessional. Often you don't receive napkins or plastic wear, as well asany sauces. they are ALWAYS out of menu items. The price on the menu board is different than the price on their registers.Additionally The lights on the drive thru menu board are often burned out. I was informed that the store manager is named Yvettebut I have been unable to speak to her. She and the franchise owner should take a hard look at the state of this business. Read more
I ordered the 8 pce family meal, 4 classic thighs and four spicy breast. When I got home, I had 4 spicy thighs, and 2 breast. No... biscuits. The only thing they got right were my sides. I called and was told I had to come onto the lobby. No apology oranything. The shift manager asked the employee to give me 2 spicy breast and the 4 biscuits. He proceeded to make the orderincorrectly and the shift Mgr. corrected him. Still no apology. I haven't been here in a while now I remember why I avoidedthis spot. My order is never correct and they act like they are doing the favor for burning your gas and allowing them tocorrect an order they messed up on. Read more
Is this even a chicken restaurant?? Seriously though... four-piece all dark combo - nope, found out at home it was mixed. Two... chicken sandwiches with no pickles - nope, we don't have chicken sandwiches right now. Okay, let's go with a five-piece tendersmeal - nope, we only have four, would you like to top off with spicy or order something else? Top off with spicy, that's fine. Okay, here's the cup for the drink, but we only have lemonade and sweet tea right now. Oh, and biscuits like mama used to make(and that is NOT a compliment)! WHY IS THIS LOCATION EVEN IN BUSINESS? Card reader doesn't work in drive through. G-pay or cash. Charged wrong order at drive through. Refunded in cash cause they... couldn't refund to card. Asked for spicy, got home and it was just regular. SAD DAY. Read more
The value of the meals has dropped a bit in the last few years. Food is usually pretty good when fresh, but pricing (probably... due to wage increases), inaccurate orders, and product availability (probably due to residual pandemic issues) has been hit andmiss. The Tuesday special is not even a special any more. Still, when you get fresh food and are able to use a coupon, it cantake you back to the good ole days. Read more
