If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Waited for a pizza for close to 2 hours and was told it would be about an hour.... Called to check on the order and was told by a rude manager to stop calling or else I would get black listed. Decided to go inthe store and asked for a refund I was cursed at by the manager and was told to come back another day for the refund. When Irefused to leave without my money the general manager said to leave of else the cops would be called.All I was doing is askingfor my money and the other employees can attest to that. They looked shocked that the managers were being so rude. I?m unsure asto what they expected ? It?s larceny to receive payment with any product being delivered. I will definitely report this tocorporate, the authorities and bbb. Save your money and go somewhere else Read more
The girl that is training was super rude our Pizza took 2 hours and I called to complain and she threaten me to black list my... address so we don?t get anymore deliveries. Very bad customer service if thats how they get trained you need a whole new managerand staff. Never ordering from here again. Read more
The lady who helped me was very nice and looks like it was well kept just for the few moments I was in there mind you to pick up... the Carryout Pizza I ordered the only reason why I did not give a five star review was because I did not get everything I hadordered. They were sufficient in giving me the two pizzas I had ordered, which were on two separate tickets due to two separatepeople ordering and little ol' me pickin both up at the same time (????multitasking, TRY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT ????! LOL) but I hadthose mini Cinnabon rolls on one order ticket and a 2 L of Mountain Dew on the other ticket and neither of which were given tome with my pizzas! Now I didn't knock them or get upset because I kind of blame myself for not looking at the receipt and doublechecking both orders but kind of felt like that should have been their job too you know?? Pizza is always good and fresh when you pick it up yourself, kitchen staff and front end do a good job; the drivers however are... a different story. This Pizza Hut has some of the dumbest delivery drivers in the area. Either forgetting items, or just leavingthe food at your doorstep even when you didn?t ask for no contact delivery. If you?re wanting delivery I?d suggest Domino?s orBlackjack Pizza other than that I?ve never had issues with carry out so I highly recommend getting carry out only, at thislocation. Read more
Order delivery to our hotel in denver. Ordered online quick and easy and delivery was pretty fast considering it was a Friday... night. The pizza tasted pretty good overall we also ordered a chocolate chip cookie. The only thing I noticed about the cheesepizza it was way too salty but the kids still ate it. Overall satisfied with my order and actually happy with my Pizza Hut orderthis time and the food tasted great. Read more

I did order late but I only realized how late once I got the fastest delivery ever! But no wonder, it was thrown together with... the meats still stacked and not spread out and undercooked floppy dough with cheese that barely melted. Is there no expo, do thedrivers not check their orders? Or did everybody just want to go home? I order alot and never had issues and love the pizzas butthis one was rushed by everybody from who made it to who cooked it to who checked to who delivered it. I tipped for this sadpizza. Read more
Food is usually fine, if occasionally wrong, but pick it up yourself. Every time I hit contactless delivery they just completely... ignore it? not sure if they?re just like not looking or what but it?s literally every single time. Today it was also like 30+minutes after it went out for delivery before it arrived. And of course, not contactless. And last time, the order was wrong? mypartner who can?t really have red meat got sent the wrong melt and didn?t notice and was sick for like a whole day.
