Just ordered tonight and waited extra gave some time just in case it was busy. 2 hours has passed and when my husband called to... check on where our pizza is, they said they delivered it. Salina the ?manager? said she was with the delivery driver and theydelivered it to 11897. I live at 11895 and they admitted they delivered it to the wrong house and everything. But then asked ifwe wanted to re order our food and pay again.!! What!! No! I already used my points to get this pizza. I shouldn?t have toprove I didn?t receive it. Also why is the ?Manager? going around delivering pizzas with the drivers. My husband even went nextdoor to our new neighbors and they politely told us no they haven?t had anyone at their door tonight. I have a seven year oldwho is now waiting for something else to eat. Ordered one pizza. Was set to take an hour and fifteen minutes. Forty five minutes after the pizza was supposed to arrive and... watching the delivery driver drive all around town on the tracker called for a replacement. Was promised it would take thirtyminutes. After forty five minutes call again. Pizza has just left the store. Mind you the store is five minutes from our home.Another thirty minutes and we have our pizza at 9:45 pm. Our old Hut closed, so we were sure how this would be. We were very happy with our order! The pizza was we made, good amount of... toppings and warm when delivered. Delivery driver was very nice and prompt! Overall, definitely recommend this pizza hut! Read more
Live right around the corner from this location for 9years now. Man that called me a Liar over the phone, Employee named Alan.... Never have I ever received the wrong order twice within not only a day but the next day Order as well. Not sure if this placehas new management or workers. But there is a difference in cooks of night and day. Pizza as well Chicken on my order was wrongover two times in a week ?? How do Pizza Hut get an order wrong more times in a day? I have no clue. But Management ended upcalling me a Liar, laughed and had sarcastic unnecessary remarks. Again a man named Alan which was also my driver and cook. Foodwas cooked to perfection. I am displeased by the service of this pizza hut. I ordered online for delivery. Not only was the pizza under cooked. One of... them didn't have bacon like I requested. When a 26.99 coupon turns into a 50$ purchase including a tip, I would hope to betreated properly.
