Reviews for Ph? Haus in Denver, CO
This spot has pretty decent Vietnamese food. I enjoyed the tofu banh mi the most and would come again for it. This is the first... place in Denver where I could order banh xeo. It was not as good as I had hoped but I?m glad I still tried it anyways. Theoutside of the banh xeo could?ve been more crisp and the inside more cooked. Read more
Delicious pho! Everything we have eaten here has been good. They also offer vegetarian pho with vegetable broth.
We ordered a to-go order and everything was prepared very quickly. The food was delicious as well. All of the dishes that we... tried from here were very balanced and fresh. Read more
You can't go wrong with Pho. My partner and I decided to stop by and try their Pho and their Bahn Mi sandwiches. I have to say,... the Bahn Mi was a little dry. I got the pork belly thinking it'd be juicy but the meat itself was dry and stacked on thesandwich. I had a hard time finishing it. The Pho was pho-king amazing ???????? it was so flavorful, and they gave us a goodamount of stuff to add to it. We tried the Szechuan egg rolls (not pictured) and those were the star of the show. I have to sayI was pretty hesitant to try them as they didn't have the normal egg roll wrapper I enjoy, but I was pleasantly surprised! Lastbut not least, the fries. I really wasn't sure what to expect but damn, they were impressive. Loved them! Read more
Pretty good overall. Ordered the traditional and spicy beef pho. Both were fine, broth was clean and on the lighter side, not... much zing from star anise, small amount of herbs (see picture) but the deceiving amount of brisket was a nice surprise. Thereal star of this meal was the Braised Pork Belly, A FIVE-STAR DISH, that makes you just want to take the juice home and pour itover rice for the rest of the week. Not a fan of the westernization of menu, names of dishes and what not but flavors weremostly in tact. Read more
My wife and I went for a late lunch/early dinner here on Labor day. There was no wait and service was great. The place was clean... and tidy, nothing too crazy. I got the brisket Bahn MI. My wife got a beef vermicelli bowl. We shared some pork dumplings andeach got a soda. With tip it was $45. Overall the food and atmosphere was great. Lots of flavor in both dishes. Would definitelyrecommend and will go again if we are in the area. Oh and the fries are perfect! Read more
This was interesting. Because I found the place to be pretty westernized in some ways but also still independently good in it's... own way. I found their Vietnamese coffee to be not as sweet as it usually would be, or as expected. Their Saigon rolls weregreat and crunchy but you will not get a more generous portions for your order like typical Asian places. This is the first timeI didn't start by trying pho in a pho place because I was seduced by braised pork belly. Even though pork belly was decent, Ifound the sauce to be a bit too sweet and pork contained minimal amount of fat, which I usually thought to be the point of porkbelly. The addition of eggs into the dish was pretty nice. I would recommend a try. I personally will not be ordering again nexttime because it's all meat and not much fat. I still gave the place 5 stars because despite not living up to a pho placestandard that you may expect, it's still independently good in it's own weird way? If one hasn't tried a lot of pho places andhad no bar to measure what a pho place should be, one might find this place to be quite alright. It's an interesting place thatworth a try. I would go back to try their pho and see how it is at some point. Read more
Wow. Came here for a light birthday lunch and split the Bahn mi with the chili garlic edamame, and I was so happy! The edamame... was fresh and hot with amazing flavor. Bahn mi was super fresh and enjoyable, and the fries were extra hot and crispy. Servicewas great, bathrooms are very nice and clean, overall great experience. Would recommend! Read more
