Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 large combo pho Noodles texture is good though it doesn?t have as much of a bite as I am used to (they?re... softer). Some slices of beef got cooked together and were stuck together so if you don?t peel them off each other, it gets verychewy. I put bean sprouts under the noodles as soon as I get it so I didn?t mix well. I drank the entire large bowl! The brothwasn?t too sweet and salty like some others who put too much MSG. Their mint leaves and sprouts are fresh and juicy with a goodbounce.. so I don?t think they?re cutting corners with their ingredients. My dish had alot of tendons for some reason andluckily I enjoyed very much om nom nom. Ambience: Instrumental music playing in the background. Furnitures and decorations arebrown, black, and beige. Nothing superfluous? so no hipster interior design with neon accented colors. The restaurant seemsreally clean and the tables were set neatly. Condiment bottles filled on all the tables. And the bottles were only slightlysticky which is A+ in my books (compared to other places haha) Service: 5/5 I was eating pretty late before their closing time.So I appreciated it that she didn?t sweep floor too close to me. Place has great food for the most part but horrible customer service. This is my second time going into this establishment and... being questioned and profiled plus they are greedy? currently charging almost $6 for coconut water ? see the picture. I askedthe manager why there was so little coconut water in the cup and why wasn?t it full? he kept stating that ?when you add ice itgets full??. Moral of the story don?t buy the coconut water here?. You?re better off buying it in a can for $2 and saving some$$. Read more
I had the Pho with Brisket here. It was really yummy and absolutely hit the spot when I went there with a bad craving for pho.... It could have been a little more brisket but all in all I appreciated the balance of the overall meal. Plus, pho fills the heartrather than the tummy anyways. Read more
