Been here a few times. The burgers are amazing. The kettle chips with blue cheese as a side is a no brainer. The burgers are a... good size and might need to be eaten with a fork and knife because they could get messy. Their booze selection is great too. Read more

5 star food, bison burger was delicious if the patty was a bit small but the veggies were crisp and those were some tasty... truffle fries. It looses a point for service, host sat me down, server took my order, then didn't check on me once for an hour.I had to go to the bar to ask for more water and the check. The burgers are great, however for the price I would expect to have clean produce/not eat stickers (see photo) ???? Besides... that, not enough burger sauce?and even with ?Toast? they couldn?t/wouldn?t enter a credit card manually as I was picking up foodfor our whole family at the hospital while my sister-in-law was giving birth. Admittedly last two points are not a big deal butcombined with eating a sticker, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Read more
The burgers and fries are good. Not the best but above average. We had a bad experience and a bit of misunderstanding with one... of the waiters but the manager (Stephanie) was apologetic and made sure that our experience is an exceptional one and solve theproblem professionally. The 5 stars are only because of her welcoming and how she took care of us. Definitely one of the bestindividuals who could ever run a place like this. Read more
When you arrive here make sure you ask for Nicole. She is the best server here for sure! Before the manager gave us Nicole,... there was a cranky, uppity waitress that ignored us for well over 1/2 hour. We were hungry and after 1/2 hour with no service oreven water we found the manager which assigned us a new waitress Nicole. Nicole was delighful, cheerful, attentive and quick onher feet. She was so good, I gave her a 30% tip which she certainly earned. It had been a couple of months since we had been atPark Burger so, I sure hope for all of our sakes and milkshakes that Park Burger will hire more wait staff like Nicole insteadof the uppity, cranky, customer-ignoring ones. The best burgers in town by far! Try "The Getting Figgy With It" or "The Royale"! The hand cut fresh french fries are the bomb,... Parmesan Truffle Fries, Sweet Potato, and the Works are my favorites. And... don't leave without a good old fashion milkshake...Caramel Heath Bar Shake is my personal favorite. Had a lovely meal here. Was helped by the delightful and Warm Kaylee who recommended the best Marg I've ever had. I also had... their vegetarian burger that was delicious, has a good amount of spice. Also tried the truffle parmesan fries, it was a verygenerous portion. The veggie burger is a cut above and the blackberry marg is delicious! Read more
