Actually a one star is too good for this location! I came in to order the $5.00 Friday special and asked about the military... discount of 25% which they offer. He said no, because it's already a discount and they won't discount a discount. I told himthat doesn't make sense because if everyone gets that price then it isn't a discount. I told him some gave it to me while othersdidn't and I emailed Corporate to get the facts. And if I was right, I would come back for the difference. He said he was themanager and didn't care what Corporate said and then refused service asking me to leave. I told him okay and I was callingCorporate. Some unpleasantness we're exchanged which I am ashamed to admit; however, his attitude and professionalism we'retotally unsat. Instead of acting like a manager, he acted like a two year old. My family and I are visiting from Maine for a family reunion. We placed a large order which Papa Murphy's employees happily... made an had ready for us when we arrived. Did an online order, it said to wait 30 minutes. We went by about 45 minutes later, there was nobody in the store, we waited and... waited, we then had to go and open and close the front door like 3 times, causing the ringer to go off, finally some lady comeslowly making her way to the front, looks like she was waking up from a nap, an SUPRISE! she still had to make our pizza. Worst Papa Murphy's in the area. Nothing like consistently tipping 20% for an on-line order, and still getting treated like an... annoyance that just woke the staff up from their nap. Sometimes they even completely ignored on-line orders, so I had to wait,and they couldn't even apologize for the error. I'm going to two other Papa Murphy's locations in the area now, and those otherlocations always have my order ready, and treat me like they want my business. Those are both much further away from where Ilive, but its worth the drive to give my business to a more deserving crew. Read more
