I ordered the night of 7/21 and delivery forgot my soda. I called the store and the woman who answered said she would send a... driver back with my soda. Seriously?? There?s this guy that works the evenings/ night shifts and he?s the best!! He?s always friendly! The orders are always made on... time! He looks at the delivery address and gives tips on how to get there (I?m a door dasher). I absolutely appreciate him andhe needs recognition! He really goes above and beyond. Ordered carry out via phone. Telephone rep stated that pizza would be ready for pickup in 20-30 minutes. When I arrived, an... employee stated that manager had not arrived so pizza was not made. Does Papa John's not know about high gas prices. We are notthe Kardashians with beaucoup money and time to waste. Our gas tank is drier and our stomachs are emptier. Read more
Placed a order in the morning for a pick up the same day. Upon arriving most pizzas were in the oven. I requested a pick-up time... of 11 a.m. and although they came out a couple minutes late it was to be expected with the size of my order. Staff is friendly,courteous and moved fast to fulfil. Would definitely recommend this location. Read more
By far the worst!!!! I order my pizza at 2:00 wasnt delivered until 3:15... gets here COLD and apparently delivery driver got... hungry... called at 3:21 they were sending another pizza.... 4:08 now and they still aren't here....... Called to just ask formy money back and got hung up on twice.. they stopped answering my calls... it's fine I'll deal with corporate but for THE OWNERget new employees who actually wanna work and do the right thing!!. Ordered 1hr 40min ago. Pizza came completely cold and drinks weren't delivered at all. Not what I come to expect from this... location. Called to express frustration and was met with a snarky woman on the phone who never apologized and just repeated, "Wecan remake that and send it in 40min" to me.
