Panera, not sure how this is a $7.00 salad. There are more croutons than there is lettuce, we also ordered chicken noodle soup,... which from what I can tell is just chicken broth, no vegetables or pasta. Disappointing and overpriced experience this round. Read more

I like Panera but this location is no good. I ordered a chicken sandwich and tomato soup after waiting for someone to walk to... the register for 10 minutes. Order took another 10 minutes to make and when I opened it at home I notice they gave me a grilledcheese instead of the chicken sandwich I paid for. This is not acceptable by any standards. Not only did I wait 35 minutes for my order, I witnessed the worse customer service by management. His rude outbursts behind the... counter made several customers uncomfortable and what he was telling people waiting for their food was unacceptable such as?staring at the monitor or me isn?t going to get your food out faster, if anything it?s slowing us down?. He was complainingthat there were 35 orders in the queue. I couldn?t see his name but I assume he was the manager by the way he was dressed(bearded guy).
