Don?t order delivery from here. The person who was supposed to deliver our food didn?t deliver it at all. We called to see what... happened and the person on the phone was both extremely hard to understand and extremely unhelpful. The instructions for thedelivery were to hand the food to me, but that didn?t happen. They marked it as delivered and the food was nowhere to befound. EDIT: We picked up our food. They ended up giving me shrimp instead of the chicken that I ordered. $30 order and this iswhat happens. Never ordering from here again. Read more

I have never been to this location. Very clean and organized there. My order was on time and very good.
Still at the restaurant and was compelled to write this because my girlfriend and I just received the absolute WORST service... ever. Hilda wasn?t speaking up clearly and gave us attitude during the whole order. Her facial expressions were aggressive andshe straight up ignored my gf and began my order because she couldn?t hear her. Absolutely uncalled for, never coming back tothis Panda again. I had to stare and make sure she didn?t try spitting in our food or anything, after how she treated us. We love Panda Express for their tasty Asian dishes. We?ve visited at least three locations. This location gets the points for... being the friendliest. The servers greeted us as we entered and then paused to scream out, ?Happy New Year? when we departed. Read more
I was happy that they had the veggies all ready to go instead of having to wait at other Pandas for them to make them. They were... ready for guests wanting healthier options. I was a little sad that they didn't have any wantons ready to go. The only realnegative is that I feel the other Pandas give you more food when they fill the container and here it seemed like the girl on theline was only giving partial servings. There is also an up charge for some items like shrimp, and I'm used to these up chargesbut others may not be and the server didn't warn about the higher price as I ordered. Charged me for a bigger plate when I clearly stated I just wanted a plate than proceeded to only give me one entree missing two... whole entree basically because the employee Katherine C. Over charged me. First and last time at this location I will stick tothe one by house in Greenwood Village. Also they won?t even answer the phone to give me a refund super unprofessional. Read more
I love the food at Panda Express, but express they are not. Whenever I go there I'm often waiting at least 5 minutes to be... served, even if I'm the first person in line. I get the impression that adding support for the delivery services has reallythrown a wrench in their serving procedures as everything feels so slow there. Read more
