City French breakfast sandwich has ham,... brie, 2 eggs, and red pepper aioli between a croissant; the brie is a nice thick slice, croissant is soft and flaky, and it wasa satisfying, messy breakfast sandwich. The accompanying crognets didn't impress, I'd recommend trying their other sides likeEnglish muffins instead. Maple Mushroom latte was interesting: I expected something similar to chaga coffee or maybe anoverwhelming maple sweetness, but this is actually a very balanced latte. After telling myself for years, I will check them out: today was the day. The service of the staff was so amazing. I ordered the... vegetable soup. Imagine my surprise when it came out. A watermelon gazpacho. It had cilantro, purple and white onions. Sorefreshing and palate cleansing. I then moved on to my DIY bruschetta.
