Really enjoyed the vibe, the food, and the overall experience. This vegan burger joint successfully replicates that eclectic... traditional, but creative feel that modern burger centric places strive for. We got the classic with the mushroom quinoa patty,the maverick, the special style fries, and the cookies and cream milkshake. Everything was delicious. The maverick wasdecadent, rich, and filling. The classic left you feeling pleasantly satisfied and also like you had something healthy (notlike most greasy burgers). The coconut soft serve milkshake was great, but definitely had a strong coconut finish on each sip.Lastly, the fries were just an absolutely wonderful, but rich guilty pleasure type indulgence. I would recommend this to anyvegan or vegan curious people looking for a good burger. Also, get the app before you go and you'll get a free burger on yourfirst trip. Read more
The team here is super friendly. The food did take about an hour to come out when we went. Overall the food was yummy. The... beyond Pattie?s are way better than the other option they had. It tasted like it was freezer burned. I loved there shakes,fries, and sauces. I hated that it was on the pricy side for a vegan fast food type of place but it was lovely to try out. Read more
Fast food vegan, tons of options. We ordered a collection of burgers, sides, salads, and shakes. All were flavorful and... filling. Food is prepared very quick. Parking is limited at this location, so you may need to park on the street. Onlycomplaint was that the ?thicc? mint shake wasn?t thick, a little runny. Read more
Wow! I haven't had a good milkshake in so long. This place was phenomenal. We came for dinner and had to wait about 10 minutes... (they were packed!) We got the BBQ and the Beer Cheese burger. The beer cheese burger is 10/10 highly recommend. The fries wereso good and they don't skimp on toppings. We had the strawberry and the rocky mountain shake. I?m not vegan but I love veggie burgers, so I was super excited to give Next Level Burger a try. I love their layout- it?s... bright and clean and everyone working there was attentive and friendly. Everything they use was compostable, which wasfantastic. I really admire their commitment to sustainability. The peanut butter shake (with coconut milk) was good, but I thinknext time I?d try it with soy milk as the coconut peanut butter combo was a little strange. Next time I would definitely try oneof their veggie patties instead of a Beyond Burger since they?re not my favorite. The crinkle fries were good too, although myhusband ordered the beer cheese version and I definitely preferred the plain variety. I thought it was very expensive though- myhusband?s beer cheese fries and burger (no drink) was almost $30. Read more
Food and staff are amazing! Will definitely be coming back here many times in the future. We got chili cheese fries, peanut... butter cup shake, half mile burger, and American burger. Next time I am going to try the beer cheese fries and their mushroomquinoa patty! I can't describe how excited I am for this place! Read more

My cousin and I were so excited to try Next Level Burger (an all vegan restaurant), but my overall experience was slightly less... thrilling. I ordered the Maverick Burger, Organic Crinkle Cut French Fries, and an Organic Soft Serve Cookies N' CreamShake. The Maverick Burger: The burger was juicy and well seasoned. I appreciated that there was a provolone option as this issomething I rarely see. The provolone had good taste and melting qualities. The pickles were fresh and juicy! The burger had agood amount of sauce being they put the special sauce on both the top and bottom buns along with a generous portion of BBQsauce. However, the bun didn't taste fresh. Also, they forgot my tempeh bacon and I didn't realize it until after. :( OrganicSoft Serve Cookies N' Cream: I liked that they had 2 milk base options to choose from: soy or coconut. I chose soy. It lacked inchocolate flavor despite having the chocolate sauce and cookie crumbles. 99.9% of the time I finish everything I order, but Idid not care to finish this shake and I didn't. Also, I did think it was small for the price. Organic Crinkle Cut FrenchFries: The seasoning was good, it had a subtle hint of heat. I'm not sure what it was exactly, but it reminded me of old bayseasoning. The fries were not as hot and crunchy as I'd prefer. I also thought the size was pretty small for a large and for theprice I think it should have came with at least 1 dipping sauce. The dipping sauces were 75¢ each. The service was good andthe decor was super cute, but I was overall underwhelmed, especially for the price. I do appreciate that most, if not all, ofthe food is organic. However, that shouldn't be a reason that it lacks in flavor. I would give Next Level another try during mynext trip to Denver. I would just order differently. Read more
