The best. Delicious sandwiches, great prices, and even better service. I placed an order for our office and when it was... delivered, part of it was missing. I called and within minutes, received a call back that the replacement sandwich was on it'sway. Thank you to Bob (hopefully got the name right) for making it right, right away. We love Mr. Lucky's! Never has a plain white roll had so much depth. Chewy, flavorful, and hearty enough to stand up to what was 3 sloppy & naughty... dressings on my sub. The ingredients were all good and creative like the candied pecans in their chicken salad, but the bread isthe most important part of the sandwich and they nailed it. Read more

The sandwiches here are fine, nothing to write home about. The bread is weirdly chewy and the price for an 8 inch sub is on the... higher end. The real issue is the customer service. I placed an order online for pick up, and when I arrived they told me therewas no order and that I must have ordered for the wrong location. After checking, they found that I had ordered for the correctlocation but they had decided to cancel it without telling me because they were out of meatballs. Maybe give me a call or sendan email to let me know? My phone number is on the order and there were three guys there sitting around doing nothing. They wereentirely unapologetic and couldn't seem to care less. There are plenty of good sandwich options in the area so I will give thisa pass next time. Read more
