I entered MOD pizza, which used to be a great location with wonderful staff and stood at the counter for 1 full minute without... any staff greeting me, asking what I'd like to order etc. There were 5 employees behind the counter and 0 customers in thebuilding. This is now the 2nd problem I've had at this location and will no longer be doing business with. Mind you, I work 5minutes away and used to frequent this location at least once a week. Really need to train your staff better, replace yourmanager and/or remember that your customers come first over chatting away with your fellow workers. Without customers, you willbe out of work. What?s the opposite for wow, awful/uninspired? This place is garbage. I love love love pizza. Lived in Chicago, New York City,... San Francisco? shame on the owners of this place.
