I've had yogurt before this place sucks. It's all fake nothing natural. The mango flavor definitely chemical made. So this place... doesn't even deserve 1 star. Waste of my money and it's an expensive place ain't worth trying it out. Read more

The flavors and selection are all good. Big issue for 1 star? They no long offer samples. That?s literally my favorite part is... getting to try new stuff and make a big cup. So disappointed. Reason for no samples? Kid working said ?covid?? as we are allvaccinated and unmasked. Makes sense. That?s how covid is spread. Read more

FroYo is always tasty! This location was really crowded though when we went and not a lot of seating available.

Watch when the cashier is ringing you up. 4 of us had ice cream and ate in the store. When we sat down we noticed the cost was... $43 and it said there were 5 items. When we brought it up to the kid in charge he said it was correct and the girl that rang usup must have entered the wrong amount. She was standing there and didn't say anything. The kid that seemed to be in charge saidthere was nothing he could do and would need to call his manager. Love the ice cream, but hate the customer service. UPDATE Themanager reached out right away and I was able to get the problem resolved within 2 days. I appreciate the stores willingness towork with me, I just wish it would not have come to this point. I used to work at a different Menchies at a different part of town, so it's always had a special place in my heart. I decided to... go after a movie with a friend before I went home and was an overall positive experience. Lovely group of ladies, very nice andI appreciated the small conversation. A few new flavors I havent seen before and a great topping bar. Very thankful for theirservice. Glad I chose this over cold stone down the way. Would definitely come back! Read more
