Just continue down tower road until you hit Green Valley Ranch Boulevard and go to that McDonald?s. I live pretty close to this... McDonald?s and at first thought that it would be convenient. I have never been more wrong. Don?t get me wrong it?s McDonald?snot Chick-fil-A so expectations of order errors and A timely turn around and already sub par at best. So don?t go thinking ?ohit?s fast food what are you expect.? Trust me my expectations were so low and this McDonald?s managed to still do worse than youcould imagine. I suppose I should take some part in the blame as I shouldn?t of gone back over a dozen times. I was hoping itwas a fluke that each time couldn?t be worse than the last? I was wrong so so very wrong. Instead of listing each event I?lljust give a summary; wrong order, long wait times, been forgotten we told to pull around, 1/2 eaten food objects found in happymeal box, sloppy made food to the point it almost looked reused from heat lamp. Drive through ordering was harder than Melania in Elden Ring. The burger was terrible, I can imagine the bun it came on was... older than the establishment. Fries were cold, probably made last winter and preserved in the permafrost underneath the soil.Chickens texture was closer to crunchy granola bar than it was to chicken. Coke was flat, and not sweet. Food gave me diarrheaand caused my first born to die of the consumption and my wife of dysentery. Their burgers are always good, but the the young people working in the drive thru have 0 hospitality. Not sure if there is lack... of training or they just don?t want to work. I live really close to this restaurant and it is not the first time this happens. Read more
First ever experience with UberEats and you?ve made it a not great experience. The good. The driver was professional. Clean.... Prompt. Etc. The bad. McDonald?s. Order #: 1641 6/21/22. UberEats #: 10831 Issue 1: No Condiments as ordered 2 honey. 1Creamy Ranch. 2. Salt Packs. Issue 2: McNuggets were cold. Cold cold. Issue 3: Fries were cold. Cold cold. It was definitely weird walking into a McDonald's with no counter and nobody to greet you. Kind of dystopian, actually. But... what was already very affordable is ridiculously cheap when using the McDonald's app. For outstanding value, and food that Ifind tasty, 5 stars. Read more
LOVE this contactless location! Personally I always love when I can check myself out at places and they made it so easy to walk... right in and order anything you want. Also nice atmosphere. Coolest McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. There?s no counter and everything is automated. The manager guided me where to order etc... and customer service was on point.
