Below average McDonald?s experience. The lines were long as expected, but the customer service was unexpectedly terrible. The... employee who took our order was rude and unkind. He also spoke so soft that we literally had to have him repeat everything hesaid. The food was also below average. Fries were cold and hard. The chicken sandwich I had was thin, tough to chew, and dry.The only thing that was as expected was the Diet Coke. Thank heavens for consistency on the Coke front. Read more
At least 4 bags of food ready from the kitchen sitting at the counter, and the kid handing them out stopped to goof off with a... fellow employee then sloppily refill some sauce bin for the station behind him. At least another 2 minutes passed and he finallygot back to calling order numbers (of the bags that were done). This is an airport and people don't have time to wait for youto goof off, kid. I passed through here weekly and sometimes twice a week. Only once a time. I ever seen someone that the counter calling out the... orders who was organized enough to even do it. Tonight there was a girl who was so bored with their job and had such a quietvoice.
