You walk in the door and it smells like a natural gas leak for 3 weeks. All McDonald's put no soda machine in the lobby and were... you order is two small cash register. They make all Mcdonald's so unfriendly now and the wait is forever to get your foodbecause they have 50 door dashers and take outers before you. I don't think I will go in another McDonald's again if I can chosebetween any other fast food. Corporate is ruining all McDonald's. It looks better because a slight remodel. Give it a half ayear and it will be the same nasty place but it smells like a gas leak . They don't even send the fire department over to lookat it. Read more
There is nothing left of the McDonald's we grew up with at all. I went in after a ten year hiatus and was stunned. I didn't know... where to go where to order where to wait for my order. It looks almost completely automated. They do not encourage in restaurantdining. They would rather you didn't use the restroom. When you go up to the counter you can't see or hear the sounds of foodbeing prepared. I half expected Solient Green to start coming out from the back. Read more
Excellent McDonald's store Location 16th St mall . Downtown Denver Colorado. Many scenic areas and parks within reach . Enjoy a... picnic solo or with a loved one. Either way definitely a stomach pleaser. Great menu selection's. Wonderful staff . Convenientlylocated near the wonderful fabulous Mall. Great place for friends and family to hangout . This is a mcdonald's and the best attribute about McDonald's is you know what you can expect. This place delivers. It's not... gourmet food but you know exactly what it is in advance. The only downside of this location is that the area is a combination ofbusiness skyscrapers and homeless with a few drug addicts dealing literally right outside the McDonald's. Read more
This is place is not worth it I had asked for supper sized and I got a kids meal and they also left out my tomato ???? although... I would have wanted back but it's in downtown and there's a lot of sketchy people hanging around this place so I just wanted toget my food and leave but in doing that I got jacked with my food and I think the people that work there know this about peopleand that's why they do it shame on McDonald's. Worst and most assbackwards McDs you could ever imagine. After I proved u was a paying customer. I had to wait almost 15... minutes for them to buzz open the door. Then tried to feed me some bullishit only one refill. This after I asked for no ice inmy drink and refill. She even confirmed no ice very loudly. Both were at least half ice. After a bit of back and forth shewent for me another refill plenty of ice. Thus time I went back and asked please no ice. There was more but I'm running out ofcharacters. Read more
The food was great; made my hash browns hot and fresh. The only thing that i didn't like was how the lady at the register was... really rude to the other customers. She wouldn't let the homeless white man use the bathroom unless he bought something butdidn't give the black lady any grief even though she was clearly homeless as well. I don?t know how many McDonald?s I have reviewed, but I know it is quite a bit. I enjoyed the staff employment here. They dealt... with my crude humor with a smile and possibly forced chuckles and giggles. Tk deal with my bull*hit you need a tolerant attitudeand need to know how to realize that its a joke, not a d*ck. Don?t take it so hard. They?ve won the number one spot for teamplayers of the week in my book. Read more
