Ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers plain from this location, but then received them with pickles and ketchup and stuff. So I had to... go back through the drive thru. Each time I went through was like a 30 minute wait. Update: I called this morning to ask ifthere was a manager available. The employee said, "no". Food was fine. I hate that they don't have outlets in the eating area to charge your phone or plug in a computer. Also 30min... maximum time limit in dining area. Read more

I just called to add honey mustard and hot mustard to my order that I placed thru DoorDash and the lady on the phone has the... audacity to tell me that she is too busy to be answering the phone and dealing with me. Rude and disrespectful service, neverordering from this one again. Read more

I always come here--no problems. But my last visit I got an apple pie with a filling so dried up I couldn't believe they sold... it. We've been spoiled and expect quality control - so control it and watch how long those pies been in there. Read more

I usually come here and for the most part it?s fine. Not great but fine. So I usually don?t complain. Last night I ordered 3... chicken sandwiches and all three were raw inside and mushy. I stopped my kids from eating the chicken. But it?s time I just stopeating out for awhile. :-/ gross Read more

Slow and wrong. They couldn't keep even one person at the register. They kept everyone waiting because they were always... running to the back to do something else. They never did get my order right. I was missing a drink and the other drink waswrong, but it wasn't worth the time and effort to fix it. Everyone cane back to the register because everyone's order waswrong in some way. There was another customer there whose receipt was torn wrong so it didn't show the change which she neededon the receipt because she ordered for other people. The staff wasted a lot of time for everyone because they couldn't seem tounderstand that she just needed a duplicate copy of the original receipt showing the amount she gave them and the change given. They tried everything except simply print a new copy to replace the original that they tore wrong. Read more

Waited for probably 30+ minutes in drive thru at around 11 pm, after a long flight. Never even got to give my order. Complete... breakdown and disarray... Or not enough workers. Finally just had to bail, after reaching order intercom and no oneresponded....with a line of cars behind me and no food coming out. Read more
