I went here a handful of times in recent months and I've reached the point that I will never go back here - because of the... staff. They make you feel like you're bothering them by coming here: no smiles, no thank you, no have a nice day. We all knowMcD's food is what it is, and sometimes mistakes are made on orders, etc., but it's the lack of customer service/appreciationthat makes this location absolute trash. Read more
I recently ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. The burger itself was tasteless and the texture was a bit off, probably... reheated. The fries were the real crime. They were atrocious. I'm guessing they were made 3 days ago. Completely dry and the oilhad soaked into them that made them taste like oil and cardboard. The drink was standard. This was easily the worst McDonald'sorder I've ever had. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm hoping to spare people from my experience. Please don't go here,it's depressing. Read more
Terrible service, terrible employees. These kids were so over the place it was unacceptable for a workplace. The one taking... orders was on his phone, the music was so loud they couldn't hear us ordering, and they ended up messing up our order so muchthat we got ONE thing overall that was correct and edible. Also, who the eff puts tartar sauce on a chicken sandwich??? Like noone here can eat that crud... What are you going to do to rectify this situation? If we do not hear a response, we will bedisputing with our financial institution. Read more
The staff and service here is amazing, but, management needs to do something about the creeps, junkies, homeless scaries who... hang out here. One junked out woman just wandered back into the staff area while I was waiting on my order. The poor staff haveenough to do! They need a security officer here. I was kind of in awe of the 15+ druggies hanging around the property. Sad tosee. Read more
Classic and pretty tasty being a fast food restaurant.The kids toys have always been the best here, since I was a kid myself and... even now with my nieces. The french fries are simply the best here having plenty of salt and the perfect in between crispynessand softness. Definitely not the healthiest, but a nice treat once and while. Read more
Don't go here if you like sauce. They will give you one for an entire order, and make you pay 50¢ each extra! No other... McDonald's has done this to me. I need more than one sauce for 4 lg fries, and not paying $2 more for it. Go elsewhere. Read more
Went through the drive thru on 2/27/2022 at 6:50pm. Paid for my food. As soon as I drove to the second window the lady in a... yellow shirt was upset that my Diet Coke I ordered was a coke. She then proceeded to give me my order. Normally I would check itbut my daughter is sick. Order was a Happy Meal, #2b Large with a Diet Coke and all I got was a half order of a large fry andthe happy meal. The fries are old and dry. I am tired of subpar quality from franchises but workers demanding more money. Read more
Customer service was excellent but the food was not. The apple pie was very old and not hot, not even warm. The fries were stale... and kind of warm. The McDouble was good, but the patties were well done but that's okay. I stopped by around 8:00 p.m. Read more
