Terrible service here, fries are never fresh, buns are almost always stale or going stale, by the time I get my food it is... nearly cold as if it's been sitting for ten minutes before I get it, people are nice but undertrained and lack the attentionspan to accomplish orders in a timely fashion, I feel like this location should close and the people should be fired, I get thatit's a run down homeless area now but that doesn't mean that businesses should care less or not care at all for the quality offood. My partner despises condiments, and lots of fast food places are hit or miss when correctly following special instructions, but... we've been here many times and never had an order wrong. Drive thru line moves well, and inside, most of the tables are clean,but it's never an issue to find a clean table since there's hardly ever anyone dining in. Read more
I ordered an adult happy meal via drive thru and noticed there was no toy as I was leaving. I came back in, gave the food back... and requested a refund since it was the only reason I purchased the meal. Staff and management were rude and asked me to comeback next week. After 35 minutes of standing there they gave me a refund. Also there's a lot of homeless people around in theparking lot and didn't feel safe. Read more

Crappies McDonald's ever staff is so rude or on there phone instead of working purposely messed up my order trying to charge me... $14 for an $8 purchase. I asked about the menu item for breakfast and asked if what I was getting had egg an cheese and was toldyes when it doesn't and tried to charge me $14. Plus I got my meal way to quick like they didn't care if that food was sittingover 30 minutes. The female manager is the worst and think she is always right or better... get a real job.... Read more
This McDonald's location was the okay. The bathrooms were locked, so we had to get the staff to unlock restrooms to use them.... The food was what you expect from a McDonald's, overall it was a decent experience. Read more
This is the last time I am going to McDonald?s! They were never my favorite to begin with. Absolutely overrated, although I... will admit, super cheap. Almost horrifically cheap. However, I went in yesterday and ordered through the mobile app. The pointof a dedicated mobile app is streamline the ordering process and to use time efficiently. But, as I arrive, my order was notready. J waited 20 mins until I realize folks who ordered in person were getting their food first. By the time, I ask about myorder, the staff did not help at all. Overall, I don't blame the employees but the system had sent me a notification that myfood was picked up when I never received. The employee tried to help but the order did not exist in their system. At that point,she recommended I just order in the moment like everyone else. But I was already behind schedule and I was not ready to wait formy order to take forever in priority of drive thru Also, the kitchen had fries and that really grossed me out! Read more
Went through drive through for breakfast. Paid for my order get to 2nd window to be told they was out of OJ. Not a big deal for... me. They lady asked if I would like a refund. I agreed. She comes back and toss me my refund with an attitude as if it was myfault. She then brings my order. And shoves it out the window almost dropping the bag before I could grab it. Closes the windowand proceeded to walk away. I get her attention and ask if I may have some jelly she then proceeded to talk disrespectful towardme as she grabs it and toss it to me and starts to curse me with an attitude before slamming the window, rolling her eyes andwalking away while constantly looking back cursing towards me as if I messed up.
