I had the most unwelcoming experience at this McDonald's particularly with the employee by the name of Carmen I think she was a... manager older lady. By far her customer service it just really sucks she proceeded to help her crew of eight whole I stood atthe counter and waited for her I didn't think that eight people would need her additional hands to help. She had no urgency togreet to come attend to anything. Someone needs to send this person back to training I'm was an out of towner this is verydisappointing experience just for two mac doubles for the McDonald's brand. Read more
Lost my appetite, just gross and sloppy! ????
This McDonald's has been where i go for breakfast , lunch and even dinner , for over 20 years. Well these past few years they... have gotten worse with their drive threw order takers and even when you pick up your orders. I had to finally give a review thistime , i orderd a medium cup of coffee with my creams and surgars on the side and 2 apple pies . I thought for sure that theywould forget to give me my cream and surgar , but nope they didnt . well i get home and went to remove the lid on my medium cupof coffee and the lid was just layed on top of the cup, i said no big deal , i see that they gave me half a cup of coffee ???? Iordered medium not small .this is the last visit to this place . i should of wrote a post last week when the cashier tried toshort me 70 cents and when i said to her ..you owe me 70 cents still , she gave me this F look lol ! Slow as hell, why do they make us park and wait like animals! It?s fast food why keep taking orders if you can?t get the people... ahead complete? This goes for this one and every McDonald?s in Colorado. Disgusting. The nuggets will always taste like old grease, the fries... are never crispy. They ask you to go wait for your food as if it?s going to be fresh and it?s soggy, always. Really makes youwish you never ate McDonald?s and helps you break the fast food habit. I only ordered fries and they gave me an old batch. I gave them back and told them my fries are old. The drive thru worker... took them said ?sorry? gave me back the same fries with a few fresh ones on top. Read more
Forgot the egg on my breakfast sandwich. It's literally 4 things and they still screwed that up. Not happy paying for $6.49 meal... to relieve your value sandwich instead. Pathetic Read more
