Since the remodel at this location, the service and atmosphere is very poor, especially for dining in. The remodel almost... completely cuts you off from the staff so you can barely get assistance without yelling around the corner. No one mans theactual registers. Ok so the hubby and I had stopped here for some late night munchies and we got our food and to start the person that took our... order took what seemed like forever to even say hello can I take your order for a drive throughwe could barely understand whathe was saying it sounded like he had the headset in his mouth while trying to take our order but we get through that, pay, andthe last that handed my husband our food shoved the bag into his hands and rudely said ?here you go? like she was mad that weordered food and she had to do her job for 5 min like we were the ones that interrupted them not working and ruined their goodtime Read more

My experience with this location is hit or miss. Early morning staff is wonderful, the rest of the time isn?t the same. Drive... thru is busy and I understand. I waited in line for 20 minutes for a coffee. Whoever was working drive through around 9 thismorning kept taking orders for cars after me and when I was finally acknowledged with ?how can I help you?? I asked for a coffeeand nothing but silence on the other end. Got to the window and they never put my order in. I was told ?you?ll have to gothrough the line again.? It?s really frustrating. It was horrible. I went to use the restroom and as I walked past the side door there's two guys smoking Crack or something right... in the doorway. Once in the restroom there was no toilet paper in the first stall. The second stall was about to over flowbecause it was clogged. The restroom in the kids play area had no toilet paper either. I received our cups for our drinks andthe drink area was a mess. There were no lids for the cups and barely any straws. If that's how they keep the front area wherethe customers can see! I just wonder how clean they're maintaining the back where they are handling the food. It was a completedisgrace. I will not be returning. Read more

I just ordered 4 sandwich's and 2 hash browns. Drove all the way home to find the 2 hash browns were not included. Do I really... need to do your jobs for you at the window? Two people confirmed the 4 sandwiches and 2 hash browns being in my order andreceipt shows I paid for them. how do you confirm something hand the customer their order and it still be missing my 2 items. If you order here and deal with a rude boy with long curly hair. Just walk away. I've never dealt with an employee as rude as... him. Speaking in Spanish as if I did not understand was the most unprofessional things. And on top of it all my mobile order wasmade wrong. I didn't waste my time going back. THEY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THEIR GOODS. I?m not really a big fan of leaving bad reviews, but I just... couldn?t ignore that and warn people not to go to this place. I placed a mobile order using the app that included a Quarter Pounder Deluxe w/cheese. See pictures for what I actually... received. No cheese, tomato, lettuce, or onion and the patty was severely overcooked. They also took 20 minutes to bring theorder because they thought it was an Uber Eats order. That makes no sense because I checked-in that I was there. Only reason itdidn't take longer was that I had to ask as I watched several orders brought out to customers who arrived well after I did.
