9/15/2022 order:1457?. I ordered two cheeseburgers with no pickles or onions and a hot and spicy with lite lettuce. This place is not fast food, prepare to wait at least 30min for food. Every time, it is the same story. This last time we waited... 10min alone to order at the drive thru and no one was there to take our order. This place needs to be shut down. Read more
At this particular McDonald's I put in my order with the cashier. I ordered an All American Meal, added cheese and bacon.... Unfortunately, the cashier couldn't understand what I was asking so I repeated my order two more times. The cashier finally rangup my order, I paid and the cashier handed me a receipt. You know what I got, a cheeseburger with bacon. No All American Meal,and I was charged $5. I even tried to talk with someone who could help me correct the order. I was ignored for nearly 20 minutesno matter how many sirs, misses, or subtle gestures I used. When I finally did get an employee to assist me with my order, I wastold to use the kiosk to order. I tried to explain to the employee that I already ordered. Showed them my receipt and ordernumber, and the employee just walked away. Terrible service. Extremely rude even when I was being very respectful. I felt likethe reason I was being ignored and treated this way was because I was black. Read more
