This place didnt even make the food properly no onions which is the best part of a mcdonalds burger. They told me "we don't have... mcflurries" when I asked for one. Well its not that you don't have them your staff is just too lazy to ever do anything about itlet's just be clear. Oh and they are constantly out of stuff so do yourself a favor and find another mcdonalds to drive to. Read more
I have visited this McDonald's 5 times and the order was wrong all 5 times. I had to pay for a third sauce for a 20 piece... nugget. Tonight at 10:20 pm they had a recording at the drive-in saying they were closed. Try Burger King instead.... Read more
Worst food and customer service experience I’ve encountered at any McDonald’s I’ve been to. After picking up happy meals... and food for my kids, the food was so poorly prepared it was inedible. After returning to the restaurant with the receipt andsome food I was told no refund would be issued unless I returned all the food. So, I drive back home, picked through the uneatenfood in the garbage to return to the restaurant for the 2nd time only to be told no refund would be issued. I was then verballyharassed and assaulted my the manager (Hispanic man) working 11/6 late afternoon (5:00pm) and he swore at me and called mederogatory names. I mean wow. My Husband and I came for dinner. The Guy at the window was really rude. They messed up Our order and did not give Us a receipt.... When I went back around He charged Us another $4.20 for a large fry when We had already paid for it. We asked for sweet and soursauce plus ranch. He refused to give it to Us and said that We needed to pay for it. When I told Him I was going to put acomplaint He said okay then do what You do. We will never come to this location again. Read more
Every time I come here the guy in the drive-through is super awesome everything's cooked really quickly and really fresh I... usually don't ever give McDonald's a 5 star but this one deserves it they're always super clean they are always packed but yourfood comes out quickly good job you just might be the best McDonald's here in Denver Read more
Extra caramel coffee came in a softdrink cup with a soft drink lid and didn't have caramel or whipped cream and tasted like... water. Cost $5. Hash brown had a bite taken out of it. Why... Cookies were cold and dry. Read more
