Staff was VERY RUDE, we ordered food went looking for a high chair and had to walk towards the bathroom and they acted as if we... were trying to idk vandilize the restroom. They were like are you going to the restroom?! Like that would be a crime. But wewere just getting a highchair. Then no one brought me my food or called my number they just set it on the counter and waited forme to see what was taking so long (20+ minutes) and it was sitting there getting cold. Burger with mustard, pickles and cheese was my order. I got a no meat, ketchup, and a handful of onions. The "manager" could... not have cared less, just shoved me a sloppily made cheeseburger and walked away. No regard for me, my time, or theirproduct. Their mapping on their customer complaint page doesn't work. Their customer service number is disconnected. I workedat McD's as a high schooler, three years. The line was very short and it didn't take very long to get our food through the drive-through at all. The only downfall is that... the person given us the drinks did not mark so I didn't know which one was a Dr Pepper or Coke.
