I practically saw a 3-year-old pee his pants because the manager was the only one who could open the bathroom, and she was busy... with quality control in the back. It took a shouting concerned customer to get her attention to remotely own the bathroom door. Read more
This McDonalds has repeatedly forgotten items in my Doordash orders, and given that this keeps happening I don't think Doordash... has informed them of the issue - or if they have, the management at this McDonalds just doesn't care. Do not order from thislocation. They are thieves that just take your money and don't give you what you paid for. Read more
Definitely would not advise ordering a Frappuccino from this location... pay $4.50 for a large and get served a half full cup!... Mentioned it to the person at the counter and got an attitude. Drive the extra mile to the next McDonalds is my advice! Read more
Absolutely the worst McDonalds I've been to. Very rude, very unorganized and it's not just one time, it's every single time I go... to that one (close to work). I've been handed my food with the ladies back to me just holding the bag out the window closing thewindow right away so I couldn't ask for ketchup, it seems they have a constant struggle to alternate between the 2 drive thrulanes one lane always gets helped a few cars more before the other lane in helped, incorrect food, burnt, I could go on. Every. Single. time. That I order ANY tea at all. It ALWAYS tastes SOUR. Soda is fine, no issues. Don't order any tea,... especially in the morning! They don't change it out from the night before and it goes bad and they still use it the next day. This has happened at this location specifically more times than I care to admit to. Read more
I don't say this often but this location is the worst. Horrible customer service. Can't even understand the person on the mic... because of their mask. Then we got to the window and he ended not even take our order and the lady at the window was unhelpfuland rude. Read more
