Got in the drive-through line at 10:42 AM on a Sunday morning. Was trying to order breakfast, got up to the speakerphone at... 11:02, and they refused to serve me breakfast because it was after 11. This was even though I had waited 20 minutes in thelineup. Call to talk to a manager and it just rang and rang and rang and no one picked up. Horrible customer service and longwait times. Do not go. If you want your food fast and warm still, I don?t suggest going inside to order. You have to order from a kiosk, no one to... help, you will likely wait 10-15 mins to get your food and it will surely be wrong. This location absolutely caters to the drivethru patrons.. very dissatisfied with the service inside the building.. Read more
I went through the drive thru yesterday. The lady that handed me my cone hand was all over my cone. I told her I wanted a new... cone and for her to fully wrap it and not touch it. On top of that her nails were dirty! I ended up not eating it. I go to thislocation all the time and they are always friendly but yesterday I was grossed out. They were very rude to us inside. They got snippy with me when I tried to use the restroom and said I'd better hurry since they... wanted to close. The lady was really rude as we were ordering out food and told us you can't sit down because we're closing andalready cleaned the tables, mind you there was still 20 minutes before closing time. Then the lady pushed us out the doors andsaid we had to go while also locking the door on another customer 15 minutes before the lobby actually was due to close. I don'tunderstand how you can close before your posted closing time. Back when I worked at McDonald's or any retail you could get afine if you closed early and you would get into trouble for poor customer service. I used the app said to go i could use inside. When I went inside there was only kiosks available. I put the code which was for a... free breakfast sandwich with a dollar purchase I went to order something else it took me straight to checkout and tried tocharge me 3.79. So I tried to through the drive thru gave the code of 2858 the person didn't understand English well enough tounderstand 2858 when she finally got it right she said not valid. I understand computer errors but having no humans to doanything but say invalid is a joke. I been going to McDonald's for over 50 years but will never go in another one again. Nice remodel, but don?t go here during the night shift. Waited 15 minutes for a filet o fish just for it to come out completely... wrong, I asked for 3 extra pieces of cheese and instead of that they put three slices of tomato and no cheese, then waitedanother 5 just for the manager to notice me, talked to another person waiting and he was waiting for more than 20 minutes for a10 piece mcnugget. The new black paint and decor looks awful, not welcoming and not kid friendly. I guess this store is trying to keep people from... staying too long. They dont have a soda machine in the lobby, i waited at the counter about 5 min to tell someone I wanted halfsweet/ half unsweet tea before they made it, but noone at the counter and the one guy that brought out orders ignored me. So isat down until they brought my food to tell them. Won't go back to this store. I worked at McDonald's for many years in myyouth, disappointing. Read more
