Ordered to eat in through kiosk. Got our table number and sat down in the play place for the kids to play while we waited for... food to come to the table. Waited 20 minutes to get food. Finally came up to the front desk and it was just sitting there. Noone came to yell order numbers in the play room or bring it out to us. Food was cold and, drinks lost carbonation and theyforgot sauces. Went back up with my kids and waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged that we were waiting to get our sauces. Read more

Things have been getting better at this location since their remodel. Customer service through the drive through could be a... *little* better other than just trying to get the orders out as fast as possible. Otherwise, no big complaints Read more

they gave our food to another car after making us wait for it. the sandwiches were good fries not fresh. 1 of 3 pies ordered... so gave us 2 cookies and 3 meal cards. talk to customers do not leave them sitting and wondering what is going on. who trainedyou? Read more

So the last couple times I've gone there they forgot half of my order. Today they forgot half of my order and it was a $20 order... and so we only got $10 worth and we had to go back. They never give me my receipt and so I have to explain to them like you guysdon't give me your my receipts so how can I actually show you that that's what I ordered when that is actually what I ordered. Iunderstand covid is to all things and it's still real but that doesn't mean not giving us our receipts. No offense it's so easyjust put it in the stinking bag when you hand us our food takes maybe 3 seconds so not that long. I don't recommend anyone goingto this McDonald's because you only get half of your food. You guys really need to get better at organization. Read more

Went through the drive up on 9/10/2022 at 10:00 pm. I had to repeat my order 3 times because the person taking my order was... laughing and talking to someone else. She said she didn?t hear me. Got my food and was told to wait at the second window for mysmoothie. Ten minutes later I still didn?t have it so I went inside and waited another 5 minutes for the person to come to thecounter and finally deliver it. Where are the managers?!!! Staff looked like they were having a party instead of working! It wasobvious the staff was there to socialize with each other than help with the customers. AGAIN, WHERE WERE THE MANAGERS????? You know how the coffee cups have those three indicators you can fill in to show whether there's cream, sugar, or sweetener in... your coffee? Pretty irritating that they didn't fill in the circle next to cream on my coffee cup. I got cream, but for somereason they didn't fill in the circle indicating that. Why put this on the cup if you aren't going to use it. I even watched herput the cream in the cup so I know it's in there, but what if I didn't watch her do this? How would I know? And what if Iforgot? Wouldn't it be a nice reminder if the circle was filled in taking the guesswork out of whether my coffee has cream init? Or worse: what if they accidentally put sweetener in my coffee and didn't fill in the circle next to sweetener, then I tooka sip and realized it had sweetener? I HATE SWEETENER. I would have appreciated a warning at least. More mind games fromcorporate America. I don't usually hope for the day robots take jobs from hardworking people, but this is one specific job Ican't wait to have automated. Read more

Update Aug 2022 Giving credit to the changes done to this branch. So, from 3-stars to 5-stars. First, overall area have been... expanded, easing the very problematic parking and drive-thru specially peak times. Second, though (inside) counter/frontdecreased in size, self-ordering kiosks/stands were added. These for me also contributed to faster in-out speed for customers. Just my take, based on my recent visits. Also, the old McDonald's decor/feel was revamped. Not a lot of red/orange/yellow but,more muted/sombre colors. This I am on the fence about .... maybe, it's just the nostalgia of kinda losing the old McDonald'sfeeling. All in all, I give it my thumbs up. Update February 2019 Will premise this review by saying my husband brought homea Swiss Mushroom Burger and I loved it. So, dropped by for takeout and ordered 2 of the Swiss Mushroom Burger. Was thrown offthe loop when I was asked for my choice of either beef or crispy (was there another menu item of the Swiss Mushroom?). Here'sthe reason for the low rating, order taken was for only 1 and when I went back to order another, the same staff told me I didn'tsay 2 (Not a great way to make a customer feel good about themselves.). And here is a picture of the Swiss Mushroom Burger. Where are the mushrooms? 2018 review: Only drawback from making it 5 star is parking. Double check your orders and make sure you get a receipt. Somehow the employees forgot the most crucial part of a hot-n-spicy.
