To start, the McDonalds App itself has a disclaimer when ordering pickup that fresh beef is not available at this location. A... large big mac meal is $12. Large soda, $4. Water bottle, $3. Unprofessional staff. Order came with cold fries, old enough for meto snap them in half. Went back and asked for fresh fries, instead of replacing them, the manager topped off the old fries Igave them with older fries sitting in an unused frier. Do not go here if you’re expecting the same experience as an actualMcDonalds. Go to the panda express next door. Better and healthier food for the same price. Read more
At least there is a McD in the A-Gate area in the Denver airport for those, like me, who must have the best tasting coke.
The staff was rude, careless, and half of them were just standing at the front counter instead of taking orders. We ordered a... Large fry and 2 large waters. Our bill was $12. Our waters were almost $7 because, “Our small waters are free, but our Largewaters we charge as sodas.” They didn’t tell us they would upcharge, just ran our card. As soon as we were charged, thecashier pulled his phone out. Fries were ok, not cold which is more than I can say about the employees. Read more
I should have read the reviews, possibly the worst McDonald's of all. Cheeseburgers were cold (I ordered hamburgers...), fries... were barely cooked and ice cold. No wonder chik filet was packed and no line at McDonald's. Read more
Terrible!! Don’t expect to get a single thing right with your order, cashier wearing a mask wouldn’t speak up, never did... understand a word she mumbled thru her mask. (You are behind a sneeze guard and wearing a mask?) I tried 3 times to get a mealwith pancakes. After several attempts I gave up. These girls should not be in fast food. Period!! Pretty good for an airport. I love the French Vanilla Iced Coffees and I accidentally ordered just a Vanilla and boy does it... taste different. It’s still good but I definitely recommend the French Vanilla. I asked for extra extra cream and syrup andthey came through! At some McDonald’s they act like it will kill them to put some extra in there! Read more
Firstly, the food was hot and fresh. The downside was I was the only one there. It still took at least 10 to 15 minutes to get... my order. The store could have used a little cleaning. Ultimately it got busy. But still took quite a while to get served. Read more
Purchased a large fries that was old and no warm. I went back to replace them and I was told by staff I needed to wait. I waited... a total of 20 minutes for replacement fries. Staff were not friendly and not helpful. I asked the cashier for my money back meshe told me I needed to wait for the other staff to get my replacement fries. After waiting 20 minutes for replacement fries Ithought this was way past reasonable. I threw away my fries and wasn’t refunded my money. Poor customer service and pooroverall experience. Read more
