Absolutely worst place to eat at the airport. Unlike other McDonald's I have been to this place has no customer service. They're... only interested in their bottom dollar. Would not even take airline issued food coupons. Only reason to eat here is because it'sfamiliar food and even the food itself is not that great. Very highly priced. Read more

So this McDonald's is in the airport in LA. It was the least expensive place to get a meal, that's why I went there, I don't... normally eat fast food. The fries were excellent! But my chicken sandwich, the chicken was breaded and it was burnt! I asked forlettuce n tomato, 5 slivers of shredded lettuce ????. I was expecting leafed lettuce. I had a flight to catch so I couldn't evenreturn it. Ended up throwing it away ??. I should have paid the $17 for a sandwich at the other place. Read more

After a 10,5 hour flight with bad airplane food waiting for the connecting flight this McDonald's fully delivered. Food was... correct, hot, delicious. Nothing to complain at all. Waiting time was ok and they have enough bigger and smaller tables. Wouldgo again. Read more

Definitely the worst review that I have ever given any franchise restaurant so far. I understand that this is an airport but... standards should still be upheld. The manager was extremely rude to customers. This has been stated in many other comments andI'm assuming no one cares enough to change out the management. The food were old and room temperature as if they were sittingunder a warmer for hours. This has definitely been a terrible experience. Read more

Under a lot of unfair pressure and hundreds of annoyed, stressed, frustrated customers every day, the service is fast and... efficient and everyone I interacted with was polite and generous with their time while also moving quickly. You might not thinkto eat at McDonald's in an airport, but after waiting 2 hours to be told by United Airlines that rather than get on the flightyou paid for and were on time for, that you'd instead be rescheduled for a flight 4 days later, you take what you canget. Spending 2 straight hours watching United Airlines customer service agents apologize for something they had nothing to dowith and try their best to get me on a flight that wasn't 96 hours after the one I'd paid for while being completely hamstrungby their system, supervisors and employers -- well, it can really build up an appetite for a quarter pounder with cheese. Anddang it if the floppy, flaccid mostly meat patties and American cheese of this airport McD's doesn't take some of the edge offknowing that United Airlines will clear billions of dollars in profit by simply not satisfying the terms of their agreementswith their customers. Slowest service ever. Imagine if you wait for fries to cook for each individual order. That is how slow. No exaggeration we been... 20 minutes for 2 quarter pounder and cheese meals. Read more

They undercooked my chicken sandwich went back and they gave me another undercooked chicken sandwich. No one has time at... airports to keep going back to get another sandwich. This is a health hazard. I understand you are busy but food must be cookedwould give it negative stars if i could.
