I order from this location quite a bit because it's one of two places that even deliver to my office. The food is pretty solid... most of the time but this location seems to have major issues with management. I bet corporate doesn't even know. About a monthago, I was trying to place an order via phone and every time I would connect, the call would drop immediately. After trying 4 or5 times, I finally got someone on the line and placed my order. At the end of the call, I asked the kid on the phone why I keptgetting disconnected and he straight-up told me that sometimes it gets so busy that the manager tells the call-taker to justhang up. And so they do. A few days ago, I was calling the place to check on the status of a delivery order that I'd beenwaiting on for over 2 hours. The kid I spoke to sounded distressed and told me the turnover for management was insanely high andin his exact words, "We are just really disorganized. All the time." I felt bad for him. Unprofessional and wait time is way to long. the main problem is the staff doesn?t know how to do order in a correct fashion, i... was waiting for approximately 15 before this couple walks in and orders after me. yet they received their food before me. iwaited an extra 15 min after that for my mini pizza to finally be done. So just called to place a order, I was left on hold for 10 minutes. So, I decided to call back then I was out on hold again and... call disconnected. I decided to give it one more try and someone picked up the phone and didn?t say anything for about 2 minutesall I could hear was conversation in the background. If you order from this location you might be lucky to get it delivered andthey do not honor the promotions on their website. I love Marcos pizza! But I guess I have to find a alternative. Honesty this has been on point pretty much every time I?ve ordered for 1/3 the price as some other pizza places around here. I... always see the same young people working and I was in the same position before, so maybe that?s why I enjoy it but I alwaysrecommend Marcos! 10/10 Read more
I went up and asked for me food after 25 minutes of waiting. I was told it's not ready yet- it was sitting on the counter behind... her. I went up again and the lady just stared at me again. The person who took my order, who was on break, saw me standing thereand handed me my cold sandwich and cheesy bread. Terrible customer service. There's better places to spend money. Read more
I have heard good things about Marco's across the country, but have not had a chance to try one until today.. I do not see how... the Health Dept has not closed them down. This place has spilled soda, or some liquid all over dining area. Had to leavewithout ordering due to the lack of cleanliness. Will not be back to try them again at this location. Has always been good a pizza place but lately they have a bunch of teens working some sitting on top of the counter , using the... phone , no gloves really dirty health department should be called asap.
