Clearly these fake 5 star reviews are there to try and... overtake the clearly authentic 1 star ratings ppl are giving this place. Worst experience of my life getting pizza! I can't believe these clowns are allowed to parade about as a Little Caesar's! I'm... from Detroit and Flint, Michigan where this company was founded and when I come in 1.75 hours from close to order a Detroitstyle deep dish pizza back there they'd without question accommodate such a request even 10 minutes or less from close! Icouldn't believe I was hearing an hour 45 minutes from close they couldn't make me a pizza to order! What a joke! The ownershould hire some quality help here! I came in and ordered 2 orders of crazy bread and a 2 liter pop. I swear while waiting a whole 15 mins . there was 2 people that... came in after i did and they orderd pizza and krazy bread . these customers got their bread before i did. I questioned how muchlonger for my 2 order of krazy bread. I was told that these people ordered before i did. Which is a lie , i am standing right inhere and heard them place their order. I am also writting this review as i am still waiting for my 2 krazy breads . I was toldby the girl that it take 5 to 15 mins. Well its been way over 15 mins now . I've been trying to call on 2 separate occasions today, but no one will answer. The point of Little Caesar's is to be easy to... order at the very least. I tried to order online, but the order has to be done in cash. If you don't even want to take my call,then I will take my business elsewhere. Read more
Online order. 1 crazy bread short. Couldn't get refund. Had to wait. Bah!!! Employees were joking around not working. Maybe... that is why they didn't pay attention and have the cray bread ready. Fail. Employees mocked me and made fun of my outfit. Goodtimes. Read more
How do you give someone a raw a** ?well-done? pizza. I?m pregnant and I am glad I checked it before I ate this ????. This is not... okay!!! I usually do not post reviews. After sitting and waiting for 20 minutes (guy at register told me 10 min wait) I asked about my chese pizza and cheese bread the... guy behind counter said "I guess they didn't hear me" I wonder what happened because I had to be somewhere and was now late Istressed this loudly and the RUDE manager on duty said "we all have to be somewhere lady". Walking away 40 mins after I came inthe door and mad as heck!!!!.. IF I COULD DO NO STARS I WOULD!!!! Horrible manager! Horrible customer service!! Horriblepublic relations!!!
