The customer service is why I keep going back to this particular Little Caesars (haven't had a bad pizza yet too.) The guy... there, Ray, is a god-send and deserves credit for giving my family an excellent experience every time we see him. The pepperoni pizza had a big spot without cheese, sauce, or pepperoni. I asked for another one and the same spot had the same... thing. It wasn't big so I didn't exchange. I'm guessing the manager lady just walked away too fast to even say anything,anyways. No sorry or nothing. Read more

The online ordering thru the app is sooo convenient! You have no contact with anyone and pick your order up through an automated... portal. Not only is this the best pizza for the price, but it's freaking delicious! The pepperoni stuffed crust pizza is betterthan any of the big named stores. Def not a fan of half filled sauces - got home to find this; if I pay for breadstix & sauce, I expect full cups of marinara -... what am I paying for, plastic sauce cups & thats all???!? The USA is one of the top leaders in tomato production, so I'm notreally seeing the common sense in jipping customers of basically tomato sauce. Will certainly NOT be coming back to thislocation considering many other Little Ceasars locations know how to NOT jip customers of what they pay for & actually provideFULL sauce cups @ other locations - smh, get with the competition - lazy & poor business practice. I don?t think I have to point out what?s wrong with these 2 pictures. Nothing against the workers in the restaurant, they were... just fine, and I could care less about spending an extra dollar. With that being said, It?s the franchise owners responsibilityto not falsely advertise products. As a business owner I frown upon doing this to your workers, putting them in uncomfortablesituations they don?t need to be in. Read more
We ordered online. A deep dish supreme and the new stix pepperoni one. Online said I would receive an email when my order was... ready. After 30 or so minutes I went inside to get my order and was questioned by the cashier about not getting an email. Shegave me the code and I was able to grab my order. It was not till about 50seconds after I drove off that I received the code viaemail. When I picked up the pizzas, they felt barely warm, so then I got home and was eating the deep dish, my toppings slid offand there was uncooked dough under neath them! I have always had issues at every single Caesar's. We definitely will NOT beback. Read more
