Love the atmosphere here and the tacos are sooooo good! I am usually not a huge tequila or mezcal person but the cocktails here... are on point and the different notes of mezcal from diverse areas really compliment them- you can try a flight! I was genuinely surprised with this restaurant because usually when you go to a trendy Mexican restaurant, the food can be a... little disappointing. I guarantee you this place is as authentic as they come! not only are they trendy, has a beautifulaesthetic, the food is absolutely amazing and authentic. The price is absolutely worth the flavor put into this food. I?ve neverhad lamb flautas, that was a different flavor than I?m used to but it was good. We had a great experience at La Dona Mezcaleria. My buddy has been coming here for years, so I had to give it a shot. The dining... area was quaint but inviting with a lively atmosphere and vibrant decor. Our waiter was friendly, and went above and beyond toexplain the menu and what to expect. For appetizers, their homemade chips and salsa were excellent with the right amount of?kick?. They specialize in Mole, so I tried the Mole Verde with a margarita, which were both excellent and I?d highly recommend.I noticed they had an outdoor patio, which I?m sure would be a great option in the summer. Our server, Dom,... was extremely knowledgeable on all things agave spirits and picked out an amazing selection for our mezcal flight.
